When you have people who call themselves American citizens treating people this way just to protect their jobs, and become armed bullies, treating older people like this. These people who call themselves Americans should be ashamed of themselves for their conduct. BUT, I can guarantee you they are not. They are probably actually enjoying being bullies, pushing old people around and such. THIS IS WHAT AMERICA IS NOW FOLKS!!! This is what Obama has made America into. This is what a majority of the sit on their ass scum butts for free stuff have turned this nation into. I actually have thought that if there was another nation to go to to start America over again as the Founders did, I would love to go there and start it over using the founding documents we used in the beginning and add those new rules that we have learned along the way to keep the scum liberals and communist out of the nation. I am embarrassed to call myself an American. This is not my country of birth. This is not what my mother and father raised me to live in. My father, his father, his brothers, all fought in wars to protect this nation. Now we have become THIS. This nation of scum leading this country. Inside the beltway, OUR employees continue to live high on the hog on our dime. Their huge salaries, his own health care, their own retirement plan, all voted by themselves. Man, what a great job to have.

As I understand it, the National Guard is under orders from the governors of their respective states unless the president activates them for National Defense.
