The Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) announced a new fair housing regulation aimed at increasing the diversity of America's neighborhoods.
Too many of our minorities are trapped in blighted, high-crime neighborhoods solely because they can't afford to live where conditions are better, HUD Secretary Shaun Donovan declared. We are launching a two-pronged approach to remedy this social injustice.
Prong number one, Donovan says, will be an intensive data collection and analysis of the racial composition of every neighborhood in the country. Prong number two will be aiding the integration of an appropriate racial and ethnic mix of inhabitants.
Aids to integration are reported to entail government subsidies for persons who otherwise couldn't afford to live in better neighborhoods and a relocation permit process to interdict movements that would tend to undermine the intent of the program.
Ideally, we'll erase the distinctions between so-called good and bad neighborhoods, Donovan promised. Not only would we achieve a more equitable distribution of the population, we'd also eliminate the significant cost of people needlessly moving around in search of a better neighborhood. Every place would be the same.

Oh no, they don’t allow cars to be left in the driveway more than 48 hours!! Especially a jacked up one. Guess the HOA rules will have to be changed.
So they jack it up in the yard. LMAO.
Neighborhoods need to be equally bad everywhere!

Eventually, the rubber stamp courts will be a total extension of government policy. Change agents take a long view. They will propose these policies, then back off a ways when people resist, only to come at the situation from another angles or multiple angles until it is a done deal.
More and more whites will move to the rural areas and once those areas are more heavily populated, they will be squeezed and eliminated under Agenda 21.
There is already a stealth relocation of minorities to my area. One method is for the social workers in the large cities to *suggest* such a move to the inner city moms on grounds of safety and less gang influence. So, now, the medium sized cities have a gang problem. Another method was to convert a rural local jail to a Federal Corrections facility. The families follow the inmate. So far, they don’t stay long and there is a high turnover of minority families, but I’m sure they can engineer changes to that situation.

This proposed rule represents a 21st century approach to fair housing, a step forward to ensuring that every American is able to choose to live in a community they feel proud of where they have a fair shot at reaching their full potential in life, said HUD Secretary Shaun Donovan. For the first time ever, HUD will provide data for every neighborhood in the country, detailing the access African American, Latino, Asian, and other communities have to local assets, including schools, jobs, transportation, and other important neighborhood resources that can play a role in helping people move into the middle class. Long-term solutions will involve various strategies, such as helping people gain access to different neighborhoods and channeling investments into underserved areas.

This. I'm all for importing section 8 housing into low crime areas, as long as the first ones are moved next door to federal judges and US senators.
Lean Foreward = Bend Over, it is easier to be Pronged.
Not to take away from the fun and jokes about your take on this pending action, but a friend once told me that unless there is public transportation, the ghetto rats won’t move into your neighborhoods.....so fight public transportation! lol
If there can be “Obama phones” there can be “Obama cars.”
Oh thanks John.....I thought I had an answer to the problem!
I see you’ve written another of your “giving them ideas” pieces. Semi-News/Semi-Satire/Semi-Instruction Manual.
Although written in a satirical manner, this not “giving them ideas.”
Heck, Mr. Semmens is only reporting the ideas already in the works. :)
