Dr. Orly Taitz has been pushing the Barack Obama eligibility issue for some time now. She has sought to go specifically through the court system and back in February she attempted to (Obama Eligibility Case Requested To Move To Oral Arguments At US Supreme Court) move to oral arguments on Obama’s eligibility to hold the office of president of the United States. She is also one that ( questions the motives) of Sheriff Joe Arpaio and Mike Zullo in their investigation. In June she presented

Archiving paper requires lots of storage space and a controlled environment humidity and temperature wise.

Back in the 70s I was employed at a large insurance company in Chicago where I reviewed various microfiche machines to determine which particular machine would be the best for preserving various records as well as allowing access to them for quick and easy retrieval.

The point of mentioning the last paragraph is simply to state that back in the early 70s most large companies were already beginning to store their data on various film medium to protect them and allow for easy retrieval. Most like all governmental bodies also had the resources required to also implement ‘micro’ type storage because in the long run it is not only more accessible but also MUCH cheaper that trying to handle paper.

Attempting to apply logic in discussions with the “Orly is a Saint” crowd is a hopeless task.

Thank you, Yoe. This could be productive.

...they are probably hard copies (or were, before they were burned)...

One would hope extraordinary, world-class security measures are employed when the whistleblowing patriot or any of her HEC co-workers:
communicate in any manner with Orley or anyone else including themselves regarding this issue; or
appear anywhere in the context of this issue, most particularly, of course, walking in or out of the courtroom with Orley.
(It would be possible to conduct an in camera proceeding if necessary without the witness actually appearing and it could be done in a very sterile manner.)

One particularly hopes that copies have been distributed not only of any documents that relate solely to the student in question, but also of any other documents e.g. summaries, monthly disbursements, cancelled checks, digests or other tabulations, on which the student's name appears. (The precise formal language for such escapes me at the moment.)

Homeland Security has already declared conservatives and anyone who disagrees with this regime to be enemies of the state. By sharing their view, you place yourself on their side.

You're spot on! Since Orly doesn't fit the image of dowdy counselor etc. and she is white...would Hillary be a better image? Think of Sarah Palin and how easily she was dismissed by the MSM and the sheepel who followed that lead....Orly is sort of a Paul Revere who has taken the fight to the courts....she is a remarkable woman...I am proud to stand with her.

A whistle-blower from Higher Education Services Corporation in Albany New York came forward and advised Attorney Orly Taitz that she personally reviewed Barack Obama’s financial aid information, which stated that financial aid was given to Obama as foreign student and as a citizen of Indonesia.

Nothing to see, move along.

From above:

“But the Illinois Democrat began his undergraduate education at Occidental, and the 1,825-student liberal arts college in the Eagle Rock neighborhood of Los Angeles isn’t shy about claiming him as an alumnus for his two years there (1979-81) on full scholarship.”

FULL SCHOLARSHIP

From the article;
the policy of the HESC is not to destroy records and microfilm is contained in the safe of the corporation. She further advised Taitz that several employees of the HESC made copies of the microfilm, in case the management decides to destroy the evidence.

Emphasis added.

If Obama was a foreign student, there would have to have been an F-1 Student Visa for him. No college or university is going to arrange foreign student scholarships or financial aid for someone without a Visa to study in the U.S.
Visa information is available to the public under a Freedom of Information Act request. It was via Freedom of Information Act requests that birthers learned of Barack Obama Senior’s immigration problems and the rejection of his request for a visa extension.

Thanks, I got the substance of your “emphasis added” contribution when I first read the article and referred to it in my #46.

To repeat, my greatest concern is that the evidence in this regard may not have been gathered in a competent and professional manner. We have seen this in the recent past, and while many of us applaud Orley’s efforts most of us realize she is a neophyte in perhaps the biggest game of its sort in history. This pursuit is not an OTJ learner lawsuit, and she has been working with her own money and doesn’t appear to ask for professional assistance.

As a for instance in this regard, we are told the microfilm was kept in a safe. Assuming it was a security safe rather than a fire cabinet with broad access, there was absolutely no reason to publicize that fact. However, it may well narrow the list of “suspects” if one is now trying to determine who breached HEC’s security and “stole” their records. Who do those folks work with or tend to have lunch with? Are the employees subject to polygraph tests, or can they merely be intimidated with a request? It gets very sad very quickly.

If Occidental was on a “full scholarship” there might be just a single application with HEC and that is all there is to be had. On the other hand, that assertion may well be an intentional and important head fake.

Was there an opportunity to reasonably review HEC’s records? If so, did “they” have the foresight to obtain copies of each of the various data systems that contain the student’s name? If so, and they captured a vein of the HEC system that flowed for what may have been several dozen months, it would make any effective tampering extremely difficult or even impossible.
