Apparently the TRUTH Behind Our Investigations are reaching the mainstream blogosphere. American Spectator has picked up the story. So too has Atlasshrugs:
M-DSPD instructions developed and enforced by Chief Hurley reveal that their police reports were not created for the purposes of law enforcement, but for school disciplinary actions. ◾The re-qualifying/redefining of student-police contacts ordered by the School Superintendent and the School Police Chief are at the heart of the issue that surfaces surrounding the Trayvon Martin case; and the involvement of Martin with the Miami-Dade School Police Dept ◾It was during 2009/2010 that the police chief had instructed his officers to find alternate methods for dealing with behavioral issues of school students. Officer Tagle affirms, and other witnesses corroborate, the instructions were specifically targeted to young black males within the Miami-Dade Public School system.
http://theconservativetreehouse.com/2013/04/20/the-miami-dade-issues-with-trayvon-martin-full-recap-six-officer-sworn-affidavits/ ◾On October 21st, 2011, a burglary took place a few blocks from Krop Senior High School where Trayvon Martin attended. The stolen property outlined in the Miami-Dade Police Report (PD111021-422483) matches the descriptive presented by SRO Dunn in his School Police report 2011-1477
http://theconservativetreehouse.com/2013/05/01/m-dspd-cover-up-the-curious-case-of-trayvon-martins-backpack-with-stolen-jewelry-and-burglary-tool/ ◾SRO Dunn never filed a criminal report nor opened a criminal investigation. Following the procedures designed to avoid criminal reports for black male students, he wrote up the jewelry as found items and transferred them along with the burglary tool, to the Miami-Dade Police property room where they sat on a shelf.
http://theconservativetreehouse.com/2013/06/30/absolute-power-insufferable-corruption-and-threats-to-stop-sunlight/ ◾ Thus Trayvon Martins unlawful activity was falsely recorded, leaving any behavioral correctives to high school staff instead of police and law enforcement, placing the school in a position of having to find strong disciplinary actions which would not only punish Trayvon Martin, but also change his behavior. This led to multi-week school suspensions. Trayvon was shot and killed during a 10 day school suspension.
http://theconservativetreehouse.com/2013/04/20/the-miami-dade-issues-with-trayvon-martin-full-recap-six-officer-sworn-affidavits/ ◾On Monday March 26th, 2012, Frances Robles from the Miami Herald ran a story outlining that a police report existed with Trayvon Martin, and also accounted for another report about possibly stolen jewelry in possession of Trayvon Martin, and a screwdriver identified by school authorities as a burglary tool. Multiple Suspensions Paint Complicated Portrait of Trayvon Martin. ◾ This article led to Miami-Dade School Police Department Police Chief Charles Hurley launching an Internal Affairs investigation into possible leaks and violations of Standard Operating Procedure. Chief Hurleys position, bolstered by internal counsel affirmation, was that reports being considered consequential for school discipline and not the criminal justice system were not subject to FOIA requests. ◾ With that investigation, Hurley opened a can of worms that led to his removal from office. Sworn statements obtained during that internal investigation show that his goal was to divert kids away from Criminal Records and avoid bad optical statistics. Trayvon Martin was one of those statistics they avoided recording.

Update: Author name change requested by Sharon who was erroneously identified as author.
I wonder how many of those students past and present should be in jail or juvie...
some of that stuff are major crimes...
I don’t get it. Why did Hurley tell his officers to find non-police ways of policing black youth crime?
So he could brag about reducing crime.
It gives thuggery a bad name.
So he and his boss the M-D schools superintendent could take credit for the big reduction in juvenile crime.
Thank you.
What a system.
Because CRIME by black yutes in school was so high. By finding non-police ways to 'discipline' the yutes, the CRIME FIGURES were drastically reduced. (The CRIMES were not reduced, just the FIGURES).
This made the SCHOOL look good, and increased Federal Funding.
IT'S ALWAYS ABOUT THE MONEY.
You know, it’s really bad when you have a SCHOOL POLICE DEPARTMENT.
No kidding!! And I thought ‘Study Hall’, (look it up youngn’s), was a bad enough ‘Police State Type Department’ at school. Remember Study Halls Ol Reb?
At our 2 high schools in SE TN one county school, one city a policeman is assigned to come once a week to teach drug class...
and thats not all year around...
what school system would need a full time police precinct of its own ???
Oh
well
never mind...
And for what reason should the producers be taxed to support juvenile criminal trash?
Sorry if any Libtards are offended, but the death of “St. Martin of the Purple Drank”, AKA Trayvon Martin saved teh taxpayers many hundreds of thousands of their hard earned dollars.
PS Expecting any reasoned behavior from the Miami-Dade Pooblik Skrewl Collective is wildly optimistic.
So good that The Conservative Treehouse is getting its due for its stellar investigative work.
That Sundance guy is doing investigative rings around the Lamestream Media
The Houston ISD has their own police department.
Showed up to ref a girls volleyball match between two schools and noticed there seemed to be more than the usual number of administrators, the usual uniformed officer (they have them at games even in the small towns), and what appeared to be a couple of guys wearing sports jackets who turned out to be detectives with the school district. apparently the two teams go involved in an altercation in the parking lot after their previous match.
In football, there can be 3-5 cops that travel to away games to make sure there are not problems, mostly between fans of the schools. This way local law enforcement can deal with problems created by people from their own town.
K....
that wuz difficult to read...
Come up with the lie that achieves your desired appearance or outcome, and then convince the rubes that it's legitimate.
There, that's done!
;-\
Sounds like Chief Hurley bears some indirect responsibility for the death of St. Trayvon of Skittles.
Had Chief Hurley simply done his job properly and instructed his officers to do the same, Trayvon would have probably been arrested and be alive today, even if incarcerated.
Burying crime stats is stupid and doing it specifically for black male students is both racist and sexist. Shame on the M-DSPD!
Like, where to get the cheapest weed, how to keep your "works" sanitized, and stuff like that? Seems an odd job for a cop...
