Sheriff Arpaio's lead investigator Mike Zullo just concluded a new interview this afternoon at 3:30pm central time and revealed that he will get Congressional movement on Obama's fraudulent documents after their summer break. He also revealed that they have in possession two Hawaiian birth certificates from 1961 that reveal that the term 'Negro' was used for black babies instead of the term 'African'.

Call a funeral home and ASK THEM if a deceased one day old NEEDS to have a BC issued before a DC can be issued.
Do at least that much for petes sake. In the US - in HI - a DC MUST be issued within 3 days of death. Very often the BC is processed later. This is so the body can be handled by the funeral home. It is a REGULATION that the DC be issued by 3 days - it is NOT a reg. that the BC be issued first.
It is not a point to be argued. It is very simple for you to check yourself instead of this round and round nonsense. Heck, just email a US funeral home - or better yet a HI funeral home and simply ask them. What would prevent you from doing something so simple?
And if they were to reply 'no' how is that a guarantee that there wasn't a cerificate of live birth drawn up for Virginia in 1961?
The child lived for one day, they didn't know she was going to die. This wasn't a still-birth! To assume there was no BC record for her almost suggests the hospital decided she wasn't going to make it, so why bother...they sent her from Wahiawa to another hospital for emergency treatment, I imagine they did that because they believed there was a chance she would LIVE.
Why are you so negative to the idea that she was issued with a BC when she was born, just like any other birth on that same day?
You are going out of your way to twist what I am saying. I now question your motive for doing so.
I have not once said that there was not a BC issued for Virginia, have I ?
So stop this crap.
I said that a BC does NOT need to be issued BEFORE a death certificate is generated.
There, is that clear enough for you?
And call/email an official source to check on that please. Quit using this forum to try to confuse matters and make false claims about what I have said. If you would simply check with an official source, as I have, you will have your answer.
And I'm saying it would be most unusual for Virginia NOT to have a BC drawn up when she was born, regardless of any 'mistake' about her name...which was amended two weeks later and 400+ past her birthdate.
If you don't agree, it's a simple matter to say so. No need to use nasty language. You really don't know if she had a BC drawn up on her birthdate or not. I'm saying she probably did, and I'm asking, IF she did, that happened to that number?
Maybe you should just take a back seat and see if anyone else can come up with a suggestion, you and I are going around in circles, all that will do is drive everyone else away from the topic.
I've been referring to the certificate number on the zero BC as 10611 - SORRY - AND NO ONE NOTICED! The number is 10641.
The Nordyke numbers are 10637 and 10638, because, according to the research published by The Daily Pen, the batch of four births from the Wahiawa Hospital on that same day were entered FIRST.
Correction: The four births from the Wahiawah Hospital were entered one after the other according to the geographical location. Not in any chronological order.
Bump
You are going around in a circle by yourself at this point. You will not make a call or email the question to a US funeral home because you are afraid of the answer.
And if you managed to find the use of “nasty language” in my reply to you, you are a very, very sensitive individual.
Quit the nonsense and JUST. GET. AN. OFFICIAL. ANSWER.
One will be provided to you if you but ask.
Hahahaa! Oh, come on now! You just proved my point.

And you have totally lost sight of the purpose, it’s become like a personal vendetta to you. You’ve lost me, I have tried my best to show you something, but to protect your own precious theories, you choose to belittle me, which shouldn’t surprise me, you’ve embarrassed me before, when you caused me to remove the full page with the death announcement of Virginia from a comment I placed quite some time ago on this forum.
I haven’t the time nor inclination to go into the details but I should have ignored you then, and reminded you that you can’t copyright a scan of a page of a newspaper that’s in the public domain.
Obviously, it never crossed your mind there might be some connection between the date of the announcement for Virginia and the date of the notification of the birth of zero to the Registrar. Or did it?
Why have you withheld that piece of information?
I suggest you stop playing games and get off my case. Neither of us are contributing anything while we play the gotcha game.

Sunahara v. Hawaii Department of Health dismissed
Dean C. Haskins says I just received this message by email from Gerald Kurashima:
I just got out of the hearing. Unfortunately, the Judge ruled in favor of the State and effectively dismissed the Complaint.
The Judge treated this as a motion for summary judgment because the Judge considered matters outside the pleadings. However, the Judge did not give any reason or explanation for the ruling but just granted it in favor of the State.
We had a long discussion about HRS 338-13(a), and the Judge may have ruled that the statute provides for various forms of either a certified copy of a certificate, or contents, or any part thereof. The Court may have decided that the Director has the sole discretion as to the form of certificate it provides, but again there was no explanation given.
The State is going to prepare the Order then it will be filed. At that point there will be thirty (30) days to appeal the Judge’s decision.
We will be discussing these results with him to determine what he believes Duncan’s next step should be. Personally, I believe that this could be the result of the immense poisoning of vexatious and incompetent litigation that has plagued the Hawaiian court system, as this case should have been very easily won — if nothing but the law were considered.
What other motivation could a state have for denying someone a photocopy of his deceased sister’s original birth certificate? Of course, it couldn’t have anything to do with a different number appearing on Virginia’s original birth certificate. No, that would just be ridiculous birther talk.
Developing.

It seems to me the reason they can't supply a copy of the original long form birth certificate for Virginia, is that THE CONTENT NO LONGER EXISTS, the content might have been removed and replaced with 'something else' and of the original, ONLY THE NUMBER REMAINS.
for the record:
A death announcement for the girl, under the name of her father, Tomio Sunahara, appeared in the Honolulu Advertiser on Aug. 8, 1961, and in the Honolulu Star-Bulletin on Aug. 14, 1961.

I advance NO theory. I never have.
You are the one who has admitted to being afraid of asking for an official to explain to you about whether or not a BC MUST be issued BEFORE a DC can be issued. You keep running all over the place making up nonsense to avoid getting an OFFICIAL answer to your concern.
You are still putzing around in a little circle all by yourself.
If you stop replying to me and send an email to a US funeral home, you will set yourself aright.
Let me know what they say to you.
