What other motivation could a state have for denying someone a photocopy of his deceased sisters original birth certificate? Of course, it couldnt have anything to do with a different number appearing on Virginias original birth certificate. No, that would just be ridiculous birther talk.
It seems to me the reason they can't supply a copy of the original long form birth certificate for Virginia, is that THE CONTENT NO LONGER EXISTS, the content might have been removed and replaced with 'something else' and of the original, ONLY THE NUMBER REMAINS.
