On June 13, 2013, Judge Lamberth Chief Judge for the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia gave leave of court to file 74 pages of motions and exhibits [embedded below] submitted by Attorney Orly Taitz in case 11-cv-402 Taitz v Astrue (Michael Astrue was the Commissioner of the Social Security at the time the case was originally filed, currently it is Carolyn W.Colvin)

This is significant, as the motions attached herein show that Barack Obama is using a stolen Social Security number of Harrison J. Bounel, born in 1890, immigrant from Russia, who is presumed to be deceased.

At the time the case was originally filed and heard, the plaintiffs did not have new information that became available recently. Such information includes recently released census data which shows Harrison J. Bounel being born in 1890, recent disclosure to the public of the 120 year SSA rule, which requires release of SS-5, Social Security original application of “extremely aged individuals”, meaning individuals of 120 years old or older without a consent of such individual and without a death certificate or any other proof of death, as well as recent report from Merlins Information Systems showing Barack Obama using both Bounel’s name and Social Security number in connection to his property at 5046 Greenwood in Chicago as late as 2009.

The writer says that Orly's claim about Barry using Bounel's SS# is a proven fact as shown in her filing, but I don't agree that this has been proved by her claims in her filing. Getting Bounel's SS-5 will show whether or not he conclusively had the same number as Barry. Then further litigation and investigation will be required to get Barry's SS-5, if the court can be persuaded to violate Barry's privacy to do that. Bounel has no privacy because he is conclusively dead 120 years after his claimed birth.

In her filing Orly challenged Judge Lamberth by reminding him that he ordered a violation of the privacy of FOX News reporter, Rosen, in the interest of national security. This may have persuaded Lamberth to allow Orly to file her additional motions and claims.

It does seem as though SSA has no grounds to withhold a FOIA release of Harrison J. Bounel's SS-5 and Judge Lamberth just might order it.

Orly’s filing contains what appear to be her usual overblown claims of evidential proof, IMO.

All of this information placed Obama in the corner and with no way out. (not counting his planned trip to Africa, ofcourse). Holder Department of Justice has until 06.27.2013 to file an opposition on behalf of the Commissioner of the Social Security Administration, however at this time Social Security Administration cannot provide any justification or opposition. Holder , Obama and Carolyn W. Colvin, new Commissioner of SSA have to produce the application, which was filed by Harrison J. Bounel and which would be sufficient evidence not only for an impeachment of Obama, but also for criminal prosecution of Obama.

Bounel was listed as a Russian Immigrant. Is’nt Orly originally Russian?

That would be quite a contrast, POTUS Fraud using deceased Russian immigrant SSN, exposed by nationalized Russian citizen lawyer.

She claims that, but only SSA can verify whose number that is and SSA is under the iron control of Barry’s political appointees and they are refusing to confirm that either Barry or Bounel were ever issued the number Barry is using.

There is no evidence that I have seen that Barry used Bounel’s name or number to buy real estate but only that Bounels name is “associated with” Barry’s SS# (comes up as associated with it in frequently erroneous computer databases). If Bounel’s name is computer linked to Barry’s number then Bounel’s name will be linked to anything Barry ever did with that number.

As Sheriff Arpaio’s independent investigator said, the possibility exists of clerical error at SSA in assigning a CT SS# to Barry and also of error that it was previously Bounel’s. So certainty to the level of legal proof required for criminal action is NOT there, despite Orly’s claims!
