In her filing Orly challenged Judge Lamberth by reminding him that he ordered a violation of the privacy of FOX News reporter, Rosen, in the interest of national security. This may have persuaded Lamberth to allow Orly to file her additional motions and claims. Orly scores. Doesn't happen too often.
