Emboldened by President Obama’s amnesty venture and no doubt the nation’s robust open borders movement, an illegal immigrant is suing the state she lives in for “unconstitutionally” denying her a driver’s license.
This seems to indicate that a new, bolder, more confident and demanding class of illegal alien has surfaced in the United States. Not that we haven’t seen illegal immigrants sue various U.S. agencies—at the federal, state, county and city level—over the years for violations of “constitutional rights,” but this is really brazen.
The story comes out of Nebraska, where a 24-year-old illegal alien insists she has the right, under the United States Constitution, to drive. Therefore, her lawsuit claims, she can force the state to grant her an official driver’s license. …

She’s here illegally, she has no rights under our Constitution. She also sounds like a sh!t disturber. We have let illegal immigration get so far out of control we no longer have control.
I worked in a country where, if you were this assertive as an illegal alien, you would disappear almost immediately. Other than getting getting gunned down in the market in broad daylight, of course. And that was a pretty nice country.
It won’t end. After she loses the case, she’ll make the media rounds claiming “That judge is so reeeecist”. George Lopez will curse the judge out in his next stand-up special. I call it now.
If it was a constitutional right...she wouldn’t need a license.

There's a judge somewhere who is dumb enough -- and unwise enough -- to accept this case on its merits ... count on it!

Her nation of citizenship is not explicitly mentioned but she likely is permitted to drive using a drivers license from her home country.
In a sane world, she would be arrested, thrown out of the country and the lawsuit burned.
