Supreme Court to hear case on Obama's alleged forged documents (Photos)

On Wednesday, Chief Justice John Roberts of the Supreme Court scheduled a birther case brought on by Orly Taitz which calls into question Barack Hussein Obama's eligibility to be president of the United States. Dr. Taitz, a lawyer from Santa Margarita, Calif., also made the announcement on her website on Jan. 9.

As of this writing, major news networks such as ABC, Fox News, CBS, and NBC have yet to report on the high court's decision to review Barack Hussein Obama's eligibility to hold political office in the United States or any of its territories. The case is identified as Edward Noonan, et al., v. Deborah Bowen, California Secretary of State.

On Feb. 15, all nine justices will hear arguments on whether Obama used forged government documents and fake identification in order to get elected as commander-in-chief. Edward Noonan, et al., contend that if Obama had been ineligible to run in 2008, other Democratic candidates should have replaced him on the presidential ballot. Additionally, electoral votes from states such as California that went towards Obama should have been deemed null and void.

I’m going to hold to that tiny spark of hope.

First, Roberts OWES the country one, and he knows it. Everybody thought he was a conservative, then he screwed us all with that “tax” argument. He’s been stung by all the vicious criticism, if he’s even partially human.

Second, anybody with ears has heard the grumblings from the electorate that something just ain’t right. From the non-existent paper birth certificate to the questionable Social Security number to the shaky Selective Service form to the passport used to visit Pakistan to the unanswered questions about Indonesian citizenship and the lack of naturalization papers ... yeah, there might be a few questionable documents worth a look.

Will this go anywhere? Doubtful. But I’ll hold out for human decency, anyway.

My belief is that the birth certificate was changed due to the fact that the genetic father was Frank Marshall Davis. Barry Obama was an Indonesian citizen through the step father and he traveled with that passport as a college student. After that, there were some shady dealings that erased some of his history and paved the way for him to go to Columbia and Harvard. The shady connections were through the network that Davis originally paved in Chicago.

Many cover ups, lies, illegal dealings, back door shenanigans, and deceptions. Most traces have been swept clean. It is frightening that this can happen.

I admire the determination of Orly Taitz. I am pessimistic about anything coming of this case. It seems that the truth is so unbelievable, that it is just not believed. Also, nothing sticks with this Obama. He is similar to Clinton in that way. No Republican could last a minute with any of this over his or her head.

Not any of the Executive Orders. The laws would stand only if they would have become law in the absence of a Presidential signature.

Article I, section 7 says: "If any Bill shall not be returned by the President within ten Days (Sundays excepted) after it shall have been presented to him, the Same shall be a Law, in like Manner as if he had signed it, unless the Congress by their Adjournment prevent its Return, in which Case it shall not be a Law."

I know at lot of freepers don’t care much for Orly Taitz but to be honest she is the most patriotic person I have ever seen. She loses and loses and loses cases to corrupt liberal justices and she never quits. She just bounces back and keeps fighting for justice. Her efforts make me feel ashamed that I haven’t done more in defense of my country and Constitution. She is not a dumb bimbo as some have called her. She is very intelligent and has a fiery drive to stand up for the rights guaranteed by our Constitution. She has seen Communism and lived under it. That is why she is so driven and determined to give everything she has to fight it.

Not even that, I'm afraid. This docket entry does not mean that the Court has agreed to hear argument. Rather, the application has been submitted for consideration in "conference," as happens with essentially all filings submitted to the Court. As a practical matter, there's no reason to think that the application will even be discussed for a moment before it is effectively denied.

In short, this most recent docket action means nothing.

Somehow, I'm not surprised.

Before the Examiner, I'm betting this came from Taitz herself. I've seen her overstate the news before.

I’m not a lawyer, but what I’ve always heard is the lower courts look at evidence and higher courts look at procedure. They won’t care what the evidence shows, they want to know if the hearing was by the book. Most people don’t seem to have standing and the case was dismissed. If they have standing according to the high court, maybe they can get a hearing for the evidence.

And this exposes what was so pernicious and insideous about the Leftists' defense of Bill Clinton's crimes, and the Senate aquitting him of both Impeachment charges in February 1999: he commited crimes; two of four charges of Impeachment cleared the House and were sent to the Senate; and a trial ensued.

But it didn't matter a lick.

Worse, precident was set. The failure of our Political Process to hold accountable those who couldn't exercise self-restraint or hold themselves accountable was revealed. Trumpeted even: that tiresome yarn, "everybody lies about sex", was oh-so-threadbare at the end. But it still worked. If you or I lied to a Federal Grand Jury (even about sex), we'd face jailtime or other terrible consequences. Bill Clinton? The only consequence was sick celebrity.

Bill Clinton's crimes were bad enough. But they were mere peccadilloes compared to the mendacious actions and behaviors in which The Ruling Class™ currently engages.

I suspect that Obama's eligibility and certification will one day be looked back upon as the turning point. Future historians will hang on that nailhead the notion that America began to bottom-out when we failed to take seriously the plain language of our Foundational Law of the Land that is the US Constitution. That because we ignored the plain precepts of a Natural Born Cititzen; that because we engaged in either nuanced arguments to muddy the clear Constitutional waters, or we engaged in eligibilty end-runs in an effort to be expeient; and that because we used twisted logic and pretzled thinking to rationalize our own feckless behaviors as we frittered away the sanctity of our free-elections: future historians will no doubt point to the Presidential election of 2008 as a watershed moment. A flow of water most foul; the influent to a waste water treatment plant seen as cleaner.

That 2008 will serve as a bookmark when the United States of America, though still a Nation of Laws on paper, ceased to be be one in practice; that we became a Nation of Men--with all the accompanying cronism and patronage--instead.

Even so, I refuse to abandon hope for our Representative Republic. Sure, the elections of 2008 and 2012 might be where America began to bottom-out. But I refuse to believe we will stay there.
