What KS SOS Kris Kobach asked to be verified was the same thing that the Mississippi Democratic Executive Committee asked to be verified, with the additional verification that the file number on the White House BC be verified.
Mr. Kobach had received a letter from Attorney Larry Klayman on Sept 7th, pointing out that Onaka had confirmed that the HI birth record for Obama is non-valid. And Kobach’s request – like MDEC’s – was specifically designed to allow Onaka to verify what was asked, EVEN WITH A NON-VALID BIRTH RECORD.
IOW, there is NOTHING to contradict Onaka’s earlier confirmation to AZ SOS Ken Bennett that the HI record for Barack Obama is legally non-valid – and SOS Kobach knows that full well.

I think it means Kansas emailed a copy of the fake PDF and asked Hawaii if the information on it is what they have in their files.
the officials in kansas cannot search the internet and pull a file to submit on behalf of the candidate.

So the State of Hawaii made a copy of the fake birth certificate from the White House website and sent it to the State of Kansas?
Paragraph three of Kobach’s letter says they attached a copy of the pdf from the whitehouse website.
This request (shown in post 19) appears to be other than the first request.
In paragraph 3 Kobach states that a copy of the “Certificate of Live Birth” has been verified and a copy is “attached to this request”
The details of Kobach’s request, for certified copy? for “verification”? and subsequent response from Hawaii would be interesting.
How did Kobach come into possession of Onaka's “verification” dated Sept. 14 2012 which Kobach attached to his letter to Onaka?

Did he ask for a “verification” letter? Or did he first ask for a certified copy, only to be denied/redirected?

In paragraph 3 Kobach asks Onaka if the COLB at the Whitehouse website “is identical to the information contained in the original [COLB on file with HI DOH]. Why ask this? Onaka’s “verification” attached to Kobach’s letter plainly states “the information in the 'Certificate of Live Birth' published at [the Whitehouse website] ... a copy of which is attached to your request, matches the information contained in the original [COLB on file with HI DOH]”
This is choreographed. Theater is being staged for public consumption.

I just had time to post this here after receiving the PDF from the KS SOS’s office this morning, before I had to spend the day trying to help my husband fix our daughter’s car. I just got home now and need to get supper for my family and prepare for a second round of automotive repairs tomorrow. I would be thrilled to pieces if somebody would send this information to the powers-that-be who have a megaphone to use.

The HDOH would say they can’t release a long-form to somebody who’s not a relative or lawyer. But a SOS is authorized to receive a verification so that’s what Kobach asked for. Unfortunately, what he asked to be verified would result in the same response from Onaka even if the BC is non-valid, as Onaka has already confirmed is true to AZ SOS Ken Bennett. So what Kobach asked is totally useless.
And the thing that is going to bite him in the butt is the fact that Larry Klayman informed him of all this beforehand. He has no excuse to claim that this verification changes anything, since it in no way contradicts Onaka’s disclosure that Obama’s HI BC is non-valid.

Dear Secretary of State Kobach,
Either today or on Monday you will be served with summons and complaint in regards to a legal challenge to Candidate Obama. I am emailing you the complaint and exhibits to give you an early notice and to conduct a “Meet and Confer” in regards to October 3rd hearing. I would like to know, whether you would stipulate to a preliminary injunction, barring Mr. Obama from the ballot, pending production and expert examination of several documents in light of Prima Facia evidence of forgery in those documents.
I am seeking:
1. original application for Connecticut Social Security number 042-68-4425, which Obama is using, while E-Verify and SSNVS show that it was not assigned to Obama
2. original application to the Selective Service in light of the laughable forgery posted on line by Obama, which shows a 2 digit year postal stamp instead of a 4 digit year postal stamp
3. original long form 1961 birth certificate and original microfilm of the birth certificate in light of the forgery provided.
Mr. Kobach,
as an attorney, who was educated in Yale, Oxford and Harvard, you clearly understand that when you have 87 pages of sworn expert affidavits and other exhibits showing a prima facia evidence of forgery in IDs, you cannot accept a letter from a corrupt governmental official, a Registrar in Hawaii, who is involved in releasing this forgery in the first place, as evidence that there was no forgery. What did you expect Alvin T. Onaka to say? Yes, I am involved in forgery, send me to prison. His letter is not an effective rebuttal of the prima facia evidence of forgery, only original documents would constitute an effective rebuttal.
I trust that you will not be complicit to this elections fraud and forgery and will not commit treason by knowingly allowing a foreign national with forged IDs on the ballot and I trust that you will voluntarily stipulate to preliminary injunction pending expert examination of the aforementioned original documents. U.S. National security is at stake.
If you consent/stipulate to preliminary injunction, please advice whether you, as a Secretary of State, will subpoena the aforementioned original records or whether you would want me to do it and seek enforcement of subpoenas by Judge Hendricks, as from prior experience I know that there is stonewalling and lack of cooperation.
I would like to know, when will I get the requested Agency record and the hearing transcript.
Lastly, I need to know, whether you will represent yourself in this legal action or whether you will be represented by a counsel, and if so, who will be your counsel in this action.

No. Obama has submitted nothing. The Certification of Nomination from the DNC is all Kansas got from the Obama people, I believe. But Kobach had been informed in advance that any Certification of Nomination they might receive would have to be perjurious and fraudulent, and that if he allowed Obama on the ballot on the basis of a known-fraudulent Certification, he would be committing election fraud himself. He wanted to cover his behind so he asked for a verification - but never asked anything that would only apply to a legally valid birth certificate. What he got back is legally worthless.
The verification from Onaka dated Sept 14 is what Kobach received back from Hawaii. Kobach sent a letter requesting that the existence of a BC and the BC# of 151-1961-10631 be verified, as well as asking that Onaka verify that the information contained in the White House BC image (which he enclosed with the request) matched the record on file. He asked the HDOH to first send an electronic copy of the verification for the sake of speed, and then express mail the paper document as well.
What I’ve posted is Kobach’s request and the electronic copy of the verification that the DOH sent in response.
