Why didn’t Hawaii just send a certified copy of the LFBC?
The HDOH would say they can’t release a long-form to somebody who’s not a relative or lawyer. But a SOS is authorized to receive a verification so that’s what Kobach asked for. Unfortunately, what he asked to be verified would result in the same response from Onaka even if the BC is non-valid, as Onaka has already confirmed is true to AZ SOS Ken Bennett. So what Kobach asked is totally useless.
And the thing that is going to bite him in the butt is the fact that Larry Klayman informed him of all this beforehand. He has no excuse to claim that this verification changes anything, since it in no way contradicts Onaka’s disclosure that Obama’s HI BC is non-valid.
