Long time Democratic partisan Bob Beckel said recent criticisms of security leaks in the Obama Administration by retired veterans of the Special Operations communities of all the Armed Forces “is close to treason.”
“First, this is disloyalty of the most egregious sort,” Beckel argued. “The President is this nation’s Commander-in-Chief. As former military men these people ought not be casting aspersions on him. It’s insubordination.”
“Second, their characterization of the information revealed as ‘leaks’ is out of line,” Beckel said. “Come on, he’s the C-in-C. He can reveal anything he wants if he thinks it is in the country’s best interest. Surely, the President is in a much better position to make that judgment than the bunch of ‘has-beens’ that are criticizing him.”
“Finally, even if we accept their premise that the intelligence information was disclosed for the purpose of aiding the President’s reelection, it does not follow that it was improper,” Beckel concluded. “The contention that ensuring the reelection of the President isn’t a matter of national security is an assertion without foundation. I think we can trust that the President’s access to classified information may make him privy to knowledge that supports his actions. Otherwise, I’m sure he wouldn’t have authorized the release of that information.”

I guess Beckel doesn't understand the meaning of the word "former."
Satire ... but not out of line with something Beckel would say. Obama lies and Beckel swears to it.
Doesn’t the fool (Bob Beckel) understand that the real treason is Obumbler’s leaking of secrets that put our armed forces at peril? 20+ Seals were killed in a helicopter that was shot down in Afghanistan shortly after Obumbler leaked the info on the Seal team that took out Bin Laden.

Beckel never had it to lose
John, I think that you need to type the keyword satire in all caps (especially when you’re getting so very close to the truth).

That ‘jane’ would be the notorious Jane Fonda, wife or former wife of another Communist Ted Turner. John Kerry (who served in Vietnam), former head of Vietnam Veterans Against the War, another Communist.
It is NOT ‘treason’, for those of us have served, to speak our minds when we see things going wrong.
Bob Beckel, in calling us ‘has-beens’, is attempting to relegate us to a non-sequetor. It has been the job of the media to relegate military veterans to a non-sequetor, because it is WE who took an Oath, that the media does not truly understand, and never will.
it is Bob Beckel, who commits treason, by shouting, “Do Not Question The King!”

The line between satire and what the democRats really say has disappeared.
When they took the oath, was it not to defend the constitution, our country against both foreign and domestic enemies, etc?
Does the oath contain a “shall uphold and defend the President of the Untied States and serve him accordingly?”
Unfortunately, what was once satire is now becoming reality.
Most people cannot tell the difference anymore because it’s no longer satire.
Actually this about 90 percent accurate. I was home and half listening to “The Five” on FOX News. I heard him say criticism of Obama from the Dishonorable Disclosures people bordered on “treason.” That was on Thursday. I didn't see it Friday so I don't know if he walked it back the next day.

John Kerry (who supposedly served in Viet Nam) has said, by persons in authority, to have negotiated with North Viet Nam and possibly gotten funds form them. This of course by definition is TREASON.
Don't get too hung up in the semi-satire news.

I know it’s supposed to be satire but it’s pretty darned close to what I heard Beckel say! There may a tad bit that wasn’t in his spiel but believe me, that’s Beckel in all his glory! Pretty darned disgusting.
I think John needs to let people know that this really happened. No need to make it satire.
