You wanna do something good? Call this Chic-Fil-A and mention that you saw the vid, and that the young lady comported herself with grace and great professionalism, and she should be made to be a representative of the company in some manner — be it manager, PR, whatever.
I did sent the video to that store manager and to CFA headquarters. I am sure she will be in for a promotion.
Please understand that this guy is TYPICAL of the people teaching your kids in college. Nothing the least bit unusual. Just so you know where all that student loan money is going.

zerohedge is claiming that Adam Smith no longer works for the company.
I doubt that’s true since I thought it was employee owned.
I think theunemployment numbers released tomorrow needs to add one more person.
I’ve worked for employee owned companies, and believe me, the incentive to get rid of someone (even with a fair bit of stock) that’s hurting your bottom line is big. We ditched folks for a great deal less.
