A Circuit Court has decided that Florida election law applies to everyone but Barack Hussein Obama. In response to a suit brought by Florida resident and Democrat Party member Michael Voeltz challenging Obamas eligibility to the Florida ballot, Circuit Court Judge Terry Lewis ruled that Florida election law is not applicable to the nomination of a candidate for Office of President of the United States.
This means that the Florida Statute which says, the nomination of any person to office may be contested in the circuit court by any elector or any taxpayer is null and void when it comes to Mr. Obamas nomination to the presidency. (1)
If the plaintiff was challenging the candidates eligibility for any other office, his analysis would be correct and [the law] would apply, said Lewis of Voeltzs suit. However, according to the Judge...

Day by day I think this place is becoming alice in wonderland.
Meanwhile, the judge in the zimmerman case granted a bail, 1Million it is now. I guess he is about as independent on this matter as was Roberts on the Ocrapcare. Dispite ample history he is not a flight risk nor guilty of second degree, murder, the bond is set at a ridicules level. Of course all he has to do is find a bondsman who will take the 100K fee to put up the bond. Why does this sound like a part of the script of Midnight Run?
Look for a flood of Leftist litigation before Roberts realizes his being a total useful idiot and then commits suicide in shame.
When the Government becomes immune to the laws, the laws are meaningless. If the laws no longer apply to some, they must no longer apply to all.
Our elected officials need to ask themselves if this is really the road they want to go down... They better think long and hard on this as the consequences will be shocking should the continue down this path.

You ain’t gonna challenge the preezy of the steezy.

This is a ‘Rat judge?
...” but the upshot is that there is apparently no legal authority to which a Presidential candidate’s eligibility can be questioned, challenged, or adjudicated.”
Wow, so if that is true, I hope Putin runs for president. Frankly if he were running against that bastard, I’d vote for him because he happens to support and defend the country he leads.
I’d like Netanyahu to run.

I think it's a consensus here that those in the government have no well-considered appreciation of the history of failed tyrannies, even recent history. They don't see themselves as would-be tyrants, because when they seek power and control - their intention is the public good. That reminds me of C.S. Lewis:
Of all tyrannies, a tyranny exercised for the good of its victims may be the most oppressive. It may be better to live under robber barons than under omnipotent moral busybodies. The robber barons cruelty may sometimes sleep, his cupidity may at some point be satiated; but those who torment us for our own good will torment us without end for they do so with the approval of their own conscience.
The rule of law has been sent down the rabbit hole, and no one even wants to hear the story of how in so many ways, in so many different situations, the law is disregarded by those who have been entrusted to uphold it.
What is causing the blindness of so many?
Why does no one care?
What does one do if one does care?
I am at a loss.
I appreciate that, thanks. I understand lawyers want to grandstand whenever they lose, but misrepresenting facts doesn’t help their cause at all.
Becareful citizen, you are treading on dangerous ground.
It is not wise and is counter productive to the revolution for a lowly peon as yourself to question the actions and intentions of your betters.
Now get back to work and pay your taxes like a good little prol.
Compare that ruling to Arkansas Democratic machines ruling on John Wolfe Jr. In the primary, he won 42 percent of the vote against Obama qualifying him for 19 delegates but was told “paperwork” disqualified him even though he filed everything they told him to file to run.
Treading and I’ll keep on treading. Let’s roll!
What we should do is create a phoney birth certificate from Hawaii for Assad of Syria, create the Sharia party and place his name on the Florida ballot. Then file a lawsuit to disallow his name on the ballot and file it in the same court. I wonder how the judge would respond.
