Day by day I think this place is becoming alice in wonderland.

Meanwhile, the judge in the zimmerman case granted a bail, 1Million it is now. I guess he is about as independent on this matter as was Roberts on the Ocrapcare. Dispite ample history he is not a flight risk nor guilty of second degree, murder, the bond is set at a ridicules level. Of course all he has to do is find a bondsman who will take the 100K fee to put up the bond. Why does this sound like a part of the script of Midnight Run?

Gonna get a lot of wild extremist decisions now that Judas Roberts has sold out the SCOTUS to the anti-American evil Left.

Look for a flood of Leftist litigation before Roberts realizes his being a total useful idiot and then commits suicide in shame.

When the Government becomes immune to the laws, the laws are meaningless. If the laws no longer apply to some, they must no longer apply to all.

Our elected officials need to ask themselves if this is really the road they want to go down... They better think long and hard on this as the consequences will be shocking should the continue down this path.

"Nation of Laws, Not of Men"

"L'Etat c'est Moi"

There's no middle ground, over the long run.

Read the article: this is a bizarre decision on multiple levels... but the upshot is that there is apparently no legal authority to which a Presidential candidate's eligibility can be questioned, challenged, or adjudicated.

The judge was made an offer he couldn't refuse, that's the Chicago way. I know it's not what one knows, it's what one can prove. This government is now like Mexico's, corrupt with in and with out by payoffs, bribes or threats. I doubt it can be restored through non violent means.

The rule of law has been sent down the rabbit hole, and no one even wants to hear the story of how in so many ways, in so many different situations, the law is disregarded by those who have been entrusted to uphold it.

What is causing the blindness of so many?

Why does no one care?

What does one do if one does care?

I am at a loss.

Compare that ruling to Arkansas Democratic machines ruling on John Wolfe Jr. In the primary, he won 42 percent of the vote against Obama qualifying him for 19 delegates but was told “paperwork” disqualified him even though he filed everything they told him to file to run.

What we should do is create a phoney birth certificate from Hawaii for Assad of Syria, create the Sharia party and place his name on the Florida ballot. Then file a lawsuit to disallow his name on the ballot and file it in the same court. I wonder how the judge would respond.
