Dispite ample history he is not a flight risk nor guilty of second degree, murder, the bond is set at a ridicules level. Of course all he has to do is find a bondsman who will take the 100K fee to put up the bond. Why does this sound like a part of the script of Midnight Run?

When the Government becomes immune to the laws, the laws are meaningless. If the laws no longer apply to some, they must no longer apply to all.
