Top Reasons the Romney Win in Florida Is NOT what the Romney supporters in the LSM are suggesting. It is not the end of the road and the coronation of Mitt Romney.
1. Only about a hundred out of roughly 2300 delgates have been chosen.
2. Romney can't win over the conservative base.
3. 46 States remain on the schedule.
4. Romney has seriously elevated his negatives. Many now despise the guy.
5. Romney is being protected by the media from his weaknesses. Time and repetition will get the truth out.
6. Romney can't continue spending at that level and enter the general is good shape.
7. At the end of the day, Romney is still a flip-flop liberal.
8. Liberal Media is Starting to Train Guns on Romney
This is far from over.
Our lives, our fortunes, our sacred honor.
Re-Elect The Messiah by promoting a weak, Liberal (R) Opponent
OR:
Get a weak, Liberal, like-minded Opponent (aka: Romney-the-RINO) and lose nothing in pursuit of Utopian Socialism.
Congrats idiot Romney voters. John Kerry II is pro-choice, pro-govt run healthcare, pro gay marriage, anti-gun, etc... Fools.
Obama with a deadlocked Congress is actually better than Romney with a deadlocked Congress.
Romney will go liberal to look like he’s doing something PLUS he’ll get liberal Republicans to back him. He needs only 25 in the House and with a 53-47 majority in the Senate, Romney would need only 7 Rino Senators to impose his liberal legislation on the whole nation.
To include RomneyCare which he is not backing off of and is PROUD of.
SC vs FL Victory Margin Same
however, delegate count is not the same.
Kerry, Kennedy, Romney...all Massachusetts liberals.
And Romney is more dangerous because he combine rinos + liberals in Congress to pass liberal legislation.
That is something a deadlocked Congress has not been able to do even with Obama as president.
The media is pretending that the “size” of the victory is a Mitt coronation moment. Actually, the size is little different than the SCarolina victory.
So far as delegate difference, with FL’s penalty they had only 50 delegates to SC’s 26 or so. The difference is about .01 of the total number of delegates.
The media, including Faux News, wants Gingrich to withdraw before the numbers happen and Romney is shown to be Obama-lite.
The liberal media was finally starting to attack Romney last night. It made watching their programming more fun that watching the wretched ass kissing going on over at Faux News.
There is no person at Fox News that is a friend to strong conservatives....none, to include Sean Hannity.
If Romney wins, it’s 1968, 1988, and 2000 all over again.
Nixon imposed wage and price controls: a play right out of socialism.
Bush daddy said “read my lips no new taxes” and proceeded to raise taxes.
Bush II said “don’t defend our entry into Iraq and search for WMDs”.
EACH of the above was liberalism at its worst AND led to the victory of the democrats.
Awesome Shirt, Hoosiermama!
Thanks
“The media is pretending that the size of the victory is a Mitt coronation moment.”
Yes, Charlie Rose just had his little coronation interview with Mitt on CBS this morning. CBS is reporting the size of the “victory” to be 14% now. Last night it was 20% on some outlets to start, dropped, and waound up at 15%. After Iowa and the MSM falsely reported a Romney victory only to find out weeks later it was a Romney loss, who knows what the final percentage above Gingrich numbers will be? 13%, 12%, 11.5%? They don’t even report this was a plurality in which Romney did not even get a majority! What might happen in a runoff? I bet Gingrich would win - maybe even in Florida! Why? Because I don’t think Romney could spend 7 or 8 times as much as Gingrich on negative advertising in a runoff (maybe he could), but Gingrich, Santorum, and Paul voters are much more motivated, and in in a low-turnout election this is the difference. Every Santorum and Paul voter I talk to, when forced to make a choice, breaks against Romney. This nonsense is damaging the credibilty of the entire system.
All this election proved is that Romney can win a plurality of votes in a four-way contest in a heavily urbanized state whose population includes lot of retirees and immigrants from other parts of the country and world.
Read it again Tom. He lost both “evangelical” + “strong conservatives”
That equals the social conservative base.
There is lots of distortion in the meaning of the words “evangelical” and “conservative”.
In 2008 there were 8 million votes cast during the general. 4 million for McCain and 4.2 million for Romney. The votes cast last night were just under 2 million. Where are the other 2 million Republican votes? My view is many if the independEnt tea party votes were locked out. Romney eeked out a win this time but his days are numbered!
