You know, if someone commits murder and gets away with it for some reason that doesn’t mean he has carte blanche to commit future murders.

This would be like a counterfeiter saying that because he succesfully passed several bills, then all of his counterfeit money must be accepted as genuine.
If Obama fails to qualify for the ballot in just 1 state the whole house of cards comes tumbling down. It would be impossible for him to explain away and the Media could not ignore it.

since there are different arguments on his eligibility do they get heard separately?
Oh, they’ll ignore one state,
but then Orly takes the case to other states using this as a precedent,
and then the house of cards comes down.

Unfortunately Obama and his minions will just claim the whole state of Georgia is racist and it’s a consipiracy to keep him off the ballot to keep a black man down.... Of course, no issue will be made of his white half !!

If the judge is smart he will find in favor of the plaintiffs and release the verdict this coming Friday after 5 pm. Giving the Obamas what they deserve.

The hearing for all three cases were consolidated and were held last Thursday (1/26/12). The Judge gave the attorneys until February 1st (or possibly Feb 5th — I’ve seen conflicting info on the date) to submit anything further in writing to him. Judge Malihi will then consider the evidence and arguments submitted in the case as well as the law and then prepare his findings/recommendations. Those written findings will then be sent to the Georgia Secretary of State Brian Kemp who will make the decisions in the case. We don’t know dates for preparation of the findings or the final decisions, but because time is of the essence I’m sure that Judge Malihi and SOS Kemp will move expeditiously.
I believe its been moved up to Feb 1.
The letter from the GA SOS does not indicate that.
