“.... what is the next step — since there are different arguments on his eligibility do they get heard separately?”

The hearing for all three cases were consolidated and were held last Thursday (1/26/12). The Judge gave the attorneys until February 1st (or possibly Feb 5th — I’ve seen conflicting info on the date) to submit anything further in writing to him. Judge Malihi will then consider the evidence and arguments submitted in the case as well as the law and then prepare his findings/recommendations. Those written findings will then be sent to the Georgia Secretary of State Brian Kemp who will make the decisions in the case. We don’t know dates for preparation of the findings or the final decisions, but because time is of the essence I’m sure that Judge Malihi and SOS Kemp will move expeditiously.

Thank you for explaining it . I read the court docs but sometimes even after i read them I an not sure what they actually said.

I wish this could get some MSM coverge but they’d probably slant it as crazed birther people.
