You know, if someone commits murder and gets away with it for some reason that doesn’t mean he has carte blanche to commit future murders.

This would be like a counterfeiter saying that because he succesfully passed several bills, then all of his counterfeit money must be accepted as genuine.

If Obama fails to qualify for the ballot in just 1 state the whole house of cards comes tumbling down. It would be impossible for him to explain away and the Media could not ignore it.

That’s my “Hope” anyway.

Yes, he was on the ballot before fraudulently.

Submitted into evidence was the 2008 RNC Presidential Primary nomination papers stating that the Republican was constitutionally eligible and the 2008 DNC Presidential primary nomination papers with that statement missing.

So, they never acknowledged that he was constitutionally eligible to run back in 2008. Wouldn’t that be beneficial in determining the case?
