Operation 'Fast and Furious' has taken a new turn.

Late Friday night, the Department of Justice (DOJ) released documents that show Attorney General Eric Holder was alerted of border patrol agent Brian Terry's death the day it occurred- contradicting Holder's statements when he testified before the House Judiciary Committee on May 3, 2011. At the time, Holder said he was informed of Terry's murder only "a few weeks" before the hearing.

Hey, they went after Roger Clemens with a felony indictment after they claimed he perjured himself before Congress, is Eric Holder above the law?

Oh wait, the question answers itself.

Never mind.

The House Oversight Committee will host the Black Panther Attorney General this coming Thursday, February 2nd.

Given Holder's last performance, his reception will be warm.

Be sure to watch.

Do you suppose the media will be interested now that its clear Holder perjured himself?

Fast and Furious is the most scandalous government action since Watergate, and deserves just as much scrutiny and condemnation by the media. But, it doesn't get covered by the Liberal press...because the planners and players are in the Obama “hands off all our crimes” Administration.

How any journalist can ignore this — and know that people were murdered with these guns by the criminals who received them - is simply deplorable.

In Watergate, no one died...but the press was wild with coverage, and rightfully so. Where is the same type of livid condemnation for Fast and Furious? Oh, I forgot...it was a Democrat plan, so it gets a pass and ignored.

There is now clear evidence of prejury. I see no reason to delay justice any further. Article One of the United States Constitution gives the House of Representatives the sole power of impeachment and it has a Republican majority.

The Constitution, Article II, Section 4:

The President, Vice President and all civil Officers of the United States, shall be removed from Office on Impeachment for, and Conviction of, Treason, Bribery, or other high Crimes and Misdemeanors.

The Constitution, Article I, Section 3:

... the Party convicted [impeached] shall nevertheless be liable and subject to Indictment, Trial, Judgment, and Punishmnet, according to Law.

The media would be interested only if it could be blamed on Bush. The Obama administration already tried that ploy and it didn't work.

From what they were reporting on FNC, because the people Issa needs to question are going to refuse to co-operate (taking the 5th), the Obama administration's stonewalling strategy may work. They are trying to claim it was a rogue operation, just the fault of low-level officials in Phoenix, so Obama and Holder are in the clear. The media, of course, will do whatever they have to in order to help protect Obama.

——That sounds impeachable.——

If the GOP house had any gonads at all....

The senate would never convict him .......but the heat would be turned up on Obama because Holder has been his consigliere covering his many constitutional violations
