Is it worth 100$? Yes, it can worth 1000$ or 10000$ it can be priceless actually. When it comes to you or your family member it is priceless, if you helping someone else, you can say a price.

Or if they are “used”, I’d expect the price to be a lot lower.

You can get a Physicians Desk Reference and a Nurses guide to Drugs on amazon pretty cheaply. They have dosages and other treatment information."

Better, more specific, and more compact is the Merck Manual. There is also a companion manual for veterinary care.

" Be nice to have something in the event I have to sew something up? “ Well, in the movies, an old belt, or even a stick of wood, placed between the patient’s teeth seems to do the trick..."

A stiff shot of Everclear helps, too. Especially with dental emergencies.

I’ve got plenty of bees making honey for dressing too. But, you have to have the supplies you’ve listed.

"Another thing is MSG for athletes foot. You mix it into a past and pat it on the affected area. Wet the area first, pat on the paste let sit. It rarely comes back."

I made a "cocktail" of Listerine, Peroxide, CS, Olive leaf extract powder, and Tea Tree oil for foot fungus, and put it into a dropper bottle so I could drip it around the foot and nails. probably good for fungus anywhere on the body.

Just don’t buy tea tree oil in the bottles with the plastic tops. I kept some in the medicine cabinet for years, and the oil absolutely ate the plastic bottle top up until it was just a blob.

For athletes foot, I stuck a needle in a garlic capsule and squeezed it between my toes. It cleared up my athletes foot.

Is the soap necessary?

Our vet instructed me in wound irrigation using a gentle stream of tepid tap water. Said “We use sterile saline, but this is just as good.” Afterward, he applied silver sulfadiazine cream and just a loose gauze to prevent further trauma. It worked very well and quickly, too.

Bad advice, iodine at that dose is toxic to the tissue and increases the risk of infection

I carry swabs in my truck for cuts and scrapes and they are 10% povidone iodine solution.
There is no risk of infection unless debris is lodged inside the wound.

There is a little more treating lacerations and putting on band aids. You need to know when to close and when not to and a lot more.

You poor put-upon thing. In case you didn’t know, the female anatomy is a bit different from yours.

Its not a question of anatomy, its a question of volume.
