On October 11, Eric Holder broke the news that Iran had been engaged in a covert war against the United States, and had even sent an agent to the U.S. to involve Mexican drug cartels as accomplices in a plot to murder the Saudi Arabian ambassador to the United States.
What is truly amazing about this is that Eric Holder has been engaged in his own covert war against Mexico and Mexicans for the past two years. In the bizarre world of Washington D.C., the Obama Administration was doing the same thing against the Mexican government that it accused Iran of doing against the United States. It has been arming Mexican drug cartels with thousands of highly lethal battlefield weapons. The cartels have been using those weapons to deadly effect against Mexican officials and Mexican citizens. Hundreds of Mexicans have been killed in cold blood with weapons intentionally provided to them by the Obama Administration.
As recently as Saturday, October 8, the Los Angeles Times reported:
High-powered assault weapons illegally purchased under the ATF's Fast and Furious program in Phoenix ended up in a home belonging to the purported top Sinaloa cartel enforcer in Ciudad Juarez, Mexico, whose organization was terrorizing that city with the worst violence in the Mexican drug wars.http://www.latimes.com/news/nationworld/nation/la-na-atf-guns-20111009,0,6431788.story
In addition to the blood spilled in Mexico, blood has also been spilled in the US. U.S. Border Agent, Brian Terry, murdered in a firefight against the Mexican cartel on the U.S. side of the border, has had the weapons used to kill him positively identified as being among those GIVEN to the drug cartels by the Obama Administration. While Eric Holder might plead "not guilty" to the above charges, the facts remain the same. If it is not murder and a covert war, the Obama Administration is left with only one more honorable explanation: they could plead gross incompetence and hundreds of grossly negligent homicides.
The Obama Administration has been a major participant in hundreds of Mexicans being murdered. It has provided deadly arms to the Mexican government's number one public enemy, the blood-thirsty Mexican drug cartels. To date, Mexico has not filed charges in either the World Court or at the United Nations.
Will it do so? Mexico's attorney general, Marisela Morales, quoted in the Los Angeles Times said that:
deliberately letting weapons "walk" into Mexico ...would represent a "betrayal" of [her] country
At this point, the investigation into the Obama Administration's covert war on Mexico has been hampered by obvious obstruction from Eric Holder, the U.S. Attorney General, a man whose incompetence has permitted this travesty to go on.
Morales, Mexico's attorney general, ...told The Times that she first learned about Fast and Furious from news reports. To repeat, Morales said that directing weapons into Mexico to be used against Mexican citizens and the Mexican government is "a betrayal of [her] country."
The Obama Administration owes more than it can ever repay to the families of Mexican murder victims. At the least, it could acknowledge some grave error and begin making reparations to those struck down in cold blood with U.S. provided weapons.
Due process should result in criminal charges. These will be small consolation for the murder victims of the Obama Administration’s covert war on Mexico.
The plan must have been to start a war with Mexico so that illegal immigrants could be classified as ‘refugees’.

Sarcasm tag or not, it sure looks like an act of war, doesn't it? Arming another nation's enemies....how is that not an act of war?

Any reparations should be paid by those individuals that acted outside the law not the US govt, but the “rogue” President, AG and their co-conspirators. Empty their pockets and then put them in jail (in Mexico)
My “Commander and Chief” in June of 1971 “Officially” Declared a “War on Drugs”, subsequently Congress Agreed and passed Legislation authorizing the “War on Drugs”. Every Commander and Chief since Nixon has “UPHELD” the “War on Drugs” and so has EVERY SESSION OF CONGRESS, in fact Congress has been actively supporting and passing new legislation in support of “THE WAR ON DRUGS” ever since.
Eric Holder and Company willfully and knowingly supplied ARMS to the ENEMY in THE WAR ON DRUGS, Every last one of them should be charged with TREASON. They should have already been CONVICTED and EXECUTED by now.
So I disagree, it is not an “Act of War” we are ALREADY AT WAR, it is an ACT OF TREASON in the CURRENT WAR.
I agree the co-conspirators should be jailed.
However, sadly, these are the officials America has elected to represent us.

This, however, was a war on Mexico.
While the “treason in the war on drugs” angle has some logic behind it, it does not mitigate that we armed the enemies of Mexico.

They were not incompetent it was a poorly conceived plan to restrict the rights of American Citizens in violation of US and International law and against the Constitution of the US. I am not responsible for lawbreakers actions. Every last penny of those who dreamed up this plan, implemented it or allowed it to happen in violation of law should be seized to pay for damages on both sides of the border.

I started adding this morning and I came up with a scary number. 1. obama & holder wont let Arizona protect their borders. 2. obama & holder walked guns to mexican cartel. 3. same mexican cartel get busted for murder for hire plot with Iran.
Is 3 the reason obama & holder have fought sooooo hard to keep Arizona from protecting the boarder? That’s the scary number.

Wow! This is an act of war by the King Obama empire against Mexico. And anyone that thinks King Obama is not directly involved in this act of war is nuts. Holder is responsible being totally informed and did nothing to stop the gift of guns to the cartel in Mexico..

Maybe you didn’t realize that you Just Made my POINT, They are also Our Enemy in the “War on Drugs” as well as Mexico’s enemy in their “War on Drugs”. This was DIRECTLY aimed at our Enemies and Mexico’s Enemies, for they are “Officially” our “Allies” in the War on Drugs.
