The Cult of Obama

We're playing those mind games together

Pushing the barriers,

Planting seeds

Playing the mind guerrilla

Chanting the mantra, peace on earth

- John Lennon

It's a chilling moment when the light goes out in someone's eyes. A once-radiant child hardens from abuse. A woman's heart shrinks after her husband's abandonment.

The person looks the same, maybe acts the same. But something is gone, and what's lost is irretrievable. It's like when a person dies: in a heartbeat, the soul vanishes.

I see this phenomenon every day: a light dimming. The friendly shopkeeper snaps at me. My cheerful neighbor seems flattened.

And you hear it in the news: people acting strangely, going off the deep end. The most bizarre behavior becoming the new normal.

A thug bites off a finger. Sarah Palin's church is torched. Black Panthers intimidate voters.

An esteemed Columbia University black architecture professor punches a white female coworker in the eye for not doing more about white privilege. He has no history of violence. Why now?

Meanwhile, liberal leaders, such as Nancy Pelosi, Maxine Waters, Bill Clinton, and Joe Biden, incite attacks on political opponents by using incendiary language, such as "barbarians," "Nazis," "tea-baggers." Perhaps not coincidentally, flash mobs of blacks attack innocent whites all over the country; black youths injure or even kill non-whites in "knock 'em down" assaults.

In the past week or so, a senior member of the Congressional Black Caucus tells the Tea Party to go to hell, and the head of one of America's biggest unions incites union members to violence: "Let's take these son of a bitches out."

Why now?

Check your television programing.

Do you see much that is uplifting? I don’t.

I see many programs dealing with hatred, fear and violence. Meanwhile they are telling you that you need a new car, new house (stainless steel, granite counter tops and hardwood floors) or medication to make you ‘whole’ again.

Not only is television selling products, it is selling despair to every home in this nation; without God, without joy, without peace.

This is exactly what Ayn Rand said in Atlas Shrugged. It is all about hatred of the good for being the good, hatred of those with the capacity to live, hatred of life and a desire to destroy anyone with ability.

Wars are not fought because of necessity. They are fought because of emotions and greed, two primary motivators of liberals. We are headed to bad times because of liberals.

Yours is an astute observation. It pays to be aware of the memes, the main recurrent themes that are being pushed out across our media, arts and our educational institutions.

The aim is to create emptiness and hopelessness. The question then becomes: what is to fill that emptiness and redeem that hopelessness? The answer is the stuff of nightmares.

I have long feared that outright violence would again divide this country. Whereas, once it was brother against brother, this conflict will be freedom vs slavery. 0bambi calls for obedience to him and a surrender of our freedoms.

I disagree.

I believe Obama knows exactly what America is about....and he's 100% against it. He is after all, an anti-colonialist. He believes in Black Liberation Theology and Socialism, after all. And he's doing everything he was taught, everything he was surrounded by and influenced by his whole life. The President isn't exactly a socialist. So what's driving his hostility to private enterprise? Look to his roots.

To correct your statement, We have a president who has no clue what Americans are all about.

Instead he has failed at every turn...

That statement is correct from our viewpoint.

However, if looked at from their viewpoint, which of course is quite important, he and his world-class handlers may be right on schedule with their "destablization" agenda.

We are perhaps looking at what will be the second physical move of this decades old effort.

With the recent rhetoric, and as the case with traditional political revolutions, it is clear violence remains an option for them.

Various forms of “bring it on”.
Not quite conducive to constructive collaboration.

Sounds like the kind of thing you see in drug users and the depressed doesn’t it?

Nah, not really; not disconnected enough. But not at all well-focused either.

The Seif al Din
Hasn’t got the ghost of a chance to rust
Because it has always been kept in shape
In serving th one Almighty

The rudiments have always been misinterpreted during history,
despite the good intentions of many disciples who’s
faithful believe was strong and unswayed.
Most leaders interpret the old words to their
advantage in the attempt of gaining leadership and power
over those unfortunate enough to fall under their
maliciousness and manipulative ways.
This misuse of trust will forever stain the pages of history,
echoing the exploitation and the frailty of decent
men carried away by nurtured rancour...

LOL! A Smith & Wesson beats 4 beer-bellied union thugs : )

Oh, it's a LOT better than that!

Blood thought he knew the native mind;
He said you must be firm, but kind.
A mutiny resulted.
I shall never forget the way
That Blood stood upon this awful day
Preserved us all from death.
He stood upon a little mound
Cast his lethargic eyes around,
And said beneath his breath:
'Whatever happens, we have got
The Maxim Gun,
and they have not.'
