Did he also proclaim “we are all Irish” on St. Patrick’s Day?

Did he proclaim that “we are all American Patriots” on the 4th of July?
Did he proclaim that “we are all Jewish” on Hanukah?
More importantly, did he proclaim that “we are all Christians” on Christmas?
