Chris Mathews And Jim Hightower “Mocks” Gov. Rick Perry’s Faith

Once again, the attacks on TX Governor and now GOP Presidential candidate for the upcoming 2012 Presidential elections Rick Perry, (R/TX), from MSNBC’s Chris Mathews of “Hardball”. Mr. Mathews interviews liberal radio talk show host and TX native Jim Hightower. Mr. Mathews asks Mr. Hightower “how ugly he is” , that is, Governor Perry. Mr. Hightower tells about Governor Perry that with him, you get a “two-fer” or in other words, to add my own words, a “two different Gov. Perry’s” meaning a tea party movement person and a George W. Bush plutocrat. Once again, every effort on the part of both Mr. Mathews and Mr. Hightower to do their spin on Gov. Perry.

Going on further in the short video presentation, Mr. Hightower also talks about Gov. Perry and the recent prayer conference that Gov. Perry attended before coming to his decision to run for the White House. Once again, to do more spinning, Mr. Hightower then goes and cites scripture to say that Jesus commands that Christians are to pray in secret. But also Mr. Hightower, did not also Jesus say that “when two or more are gathered in my name, there I am in their midst” as well? Also Mr. Hightower, I have always believed that God ALSO hears prayers in three different ways: YES, NO, AND WAIT. Also, if my memory served me correct, and I could be wrong in this, did not the recent TX drought just ended with a recent downpour of rain because of a tropical storm not too long ago? Could it very well prove about God answering in those three forms of answers? Only YOU can answer that one Mr. Hightower and Mr. Mathews.

Watched it live. Hightower lied outright and those guys are out..of..touch with the mood in America. I was laughing at their ignorance by the end of the segment.

....And Hilary will very much be “too busy” trying to primary Obama to even bother to worry about the GOP field in play.

MSNBC doesn't need any real people on their shows, just a 24/7 loop this young man!

I have not watched 1 second of Chris Matthews in more than 10 years. I don’t know how you people can do it. What a painful waste of time that P.O.S. is.

Boob Beckle was lying through his teeth again on "The Five" today.

No one on that show is smart enough or forceful enough to call him out. The show is also too fast-paced for refutations of the falsehoods thrown out by the three-hundred pound gorilla commie in the group.

Some stuff today was downright slander...plus he was tossing out unproven accusations of illegalityy on some Republicans.

"The Five" program is primarily a platform for Beckel to spread his propaganda, lies and calumny across the fruited plain....virtually unchecked. He has a free pass.

The rest of the show pieces on the dais are eye candy or amusing, but are lightweight debaters and thus irrelevant. Beckel owns the show.

“God ALSO hears prayers in three different ways: YES, NO, AND WAIT”

“ANSWERS” prayers one of three ways.

“The rest of the show pieces on the dais are eye candy or amusing, but are lightweight debaters”

You are sooooooo wrong. I LOVE smart “eye candy”. Andria Tantaros is a brilliant, accomplished young lady. (Not bad to look at either).

“Andrea Tantaros is national political commentator and columnist on Fox News Channel, Fox Business Channel, CNN, CNBC and MSNBC and often serves as a guest host on Fox News Radio. She is widely known as a communications professional with hard-won experience ranging from high profile political campaigns to media consulting and crisis communications in the private sector.

In her career she has served in senior communications roles on a number of high-profile political campaigns including Communications Director for former Massachusetts Governor Bill Weld where she led the media operation against Weld opponent, former New York Attorney General Eliot Spitzer, as well as for former Westchester, NY District Attorney Jeanine Pirro against New York Senator Hillary Clinton. Tantaros is also credited with helping former National Republican Congressional Committee Chairman Thomas Reynolds secure a narrow re-election victory during the scandal-plagued 2006 election cycle.

Before that Tantaros worked on Capitol Hill where she served as Press Secretary to Republican Leadership in the U.S. House of Representatives. During her time with House Leadership, Tantaros was responsible for helping craft and execute the media strategy for the Republican majority. Tantaros also worked at CNN’s Crossfire, for former Reagan pollster Richard Wirthlin, and as Deputy Press Secretary to former Congressman Patrick Toomey.

Tantaros currently is a Vice President with Sloane and Company where she specializes in crisis communications, healthcare, and public affairs clients. Before joining Sloane, she started Andrea Tantaros Media, where she advised Fortune 500 corporations and political campaigns facing reputational challenges on crisis management and media strategy.

A native of Allentown, Pennsylvania, she is a graduate of Lehigh University and The Universite de Paris in Paris, France. She is proficient in Spanish, French and Greek and lives in New York City.”
Not exactly a BIMBO.

Dana Perino is similarly intelligent and good looking. She is a little more establishment than Andrea, but has experience at the highest level. She was the best press secretary Bush had since Ari Fleischer. (Sorry, but Tony Snow, God rest his soul, was NOT the best press secretary)

“Dana Perino was White House Press Secretary from September, 2007 to January, 2009 and before that Deputy Press Secretary.

After the 9/11 attacks, Perino served as a spokesperson for the Department of Justice. She later worked as director of communications at the White House Council on Environmental Quality (CEQ) where she provided strategic counsel on message development, media relations, and public outreach for CEQ and its chairman. Perino worked with the President’s director of communications, his press secretary and his director of media affairs, handling all energy and environment-related media calls and serving as the spokesperson for the White House on environmental issues. In addition, she served as the coordinator for all agencies on environment, energy, and natural resource issues, reviewing and approving the agencies’ announcements and keeping the other White House offices apprised of CEQ actions.

Before joining the Bush administration, Perino covered the state assembly of Illinois as a television journalist and worked in the private sector in San Diego, including at Porter Novelli. She attended graduate school at the University of Illinois-Springfield, where she obtained her masters in public affairs reporting. She then worked in Washington, DC, for Rep. Scott McInnis (R-CO) as a staff assistant before serving nearly four years as the press secretary for Rep. Dan Schaefer (R-CO), who then chaired a House Commerce subcommittee on Energy and Power.”
Not exactly a BIMBO either.

Fast forwarding through that show, you see clearly that Beckel gets more air and everyone looks at him.

Fox is toast.

Except for Cavuto.

And for intel.

Other for Sean and Greta, and I would say also Neil, Foxnews otherwise has worn out its welcome with me.

Wow, relax and take a deep breath.....I wish I could get as excited as you over the two lovely ladies on "The Five".

BTW, no one has called them bimbos as you so defensively state. "Eye candy", yes...."irrelevant", yes...."bimbos", no.

Perino is a RINO, and is becoming more aggressively-so during the shows Fox is now plastering her on morning, noon and night.

Andria is a nice gal and about the only true conservative on the show. Since you went to enormous lengths to post every jot and tittle of her background you may be able to explain why if she's so smart she's on a chaotic and shallow show where everyone overtalks everyone else, where everyone is trying to be cuter and smarter than the others, where her talent is wasted and where that commie perv Beckel steps on all her lines and where the viewing audience is insulted by this Tower of Babel mess every day.
