New: Dr. Jerome Corsi: Orly Taitz update -- just spoke to Orly -- Hawaii DOH refused to release birth certificate information on privacy grounds. Orly returned to federal court. District Court judge issued a show-cause hearing for Sept. 14 in Hawaii, demanding head of Hawaii DOH be present in court to argue why subpoena should not be complied with. Orly very upbeat -- feels getting court date for a hearing is a major breakthrough.

I believe at one time it was acknowledged to be an ‘abstract’, which makes it legal but unethical, in the sense they passed it off as an original BC. It’s anything but.

It’s also clear that there’s something on the original ‘birth record’ that is very damaging to Obama. Let’s hope and pray Taitz gets access, and exposes the fraud for what he is.

I have 2 children who were born in WA State and we lived in Calif when they applied for a SS card in order to go to work. So their card shows the CA digits. I have a daughter who was born in CA and to my knowledge she never worked there as we moved back to WA when she was 15 yet she has a CA digit on her SS card. Will have to ask her if she ever worked in CA as my memory may be wrong. Also she was born before it was required to have a SS# for IRS purposes so I never applied for her one. It is puzzling.

They are most likely attempting to play a waiting game of stonewalling for the FOIA case outcome pending in D.C.

Having said that, we all knew, including Dr. Orly and Corsi, that this was most likely the result. This is not necessary a negative view, it gives Dr. Orly more ammunition in D.C. and Hawaii. They were all prepared ahead of time for such inaction. Dr. Orly now has a prominent Legal Firm based in Hawaii to assist her.

It also shows that what Obama has or does not have in Hawaii, is NOT what he showed to the world, and they are admitting this through denial to produce.

No person can be violated of privacy "IF" what you publicly expose is valid. The ONLY way to violate said privacy, is when there is a difference.

Hawaii has just confirmed that.
