The Department of Justice under Eric Holder is refusing to prosecute Abdulhakim Mujahid Muhammad, who opened fire on an Arkansas recruiting center two years ago. This comes as Muhammad has admitted that he is an Islamic radical and has implicated himself for the murder. Despite this, the Federal government will not take the case.
On the positive side, the state of Arkansas has agreed to do so-- and this will likely mean that Muhammad will face the death penalty for the fatal shooting.
Muhammad is an American convert whose middle name even means 'one that fights jihad.' In 2009 he opened fire on a military recruiting center, killing one. This comes after he spent time in a Yemeni jail and possibly underwent terror training there.
Muhammad, born Carlos Bledsoe, has not been ambiguous about his role:
Muhammad, who says he is affiliated with several terrorist organizations, has written jailhouse letters to Pulaski County Judge Herbert Wright demanding a federal trial. "In my eyes it's a sham trial [in Little Rock] set up only to make sure I'm handed down a death sentence," he wrote May 10.

As we have a federal government that is at war with its citizens this comes as no surprise.
Wait and see if the affirmative action recipient, Holder, steps in if the AR convicts this mudslime scum.

What will it take for the American voters to understand just how corrupt and anti- american the current administration is in its operations.

Murder isn't a Federal crime. It's a State crime. Holder should have nothing to do with it. People who want the Feds involved in this want the Feds involved in everything.

One of the soldiers, Quentin Ezaegwula, is black. From the last name, though, I don’t think he fits in the urban culture.
It’s also this Regime’s hostility toward our own soldiers who took an oath to go into harm’s way to defend this nation. Just look at Barry’s half hearted (no-hearted) mention of the soldiers killed at Fort Hood by the jihadi Major Nidal Hasan - a mere afterthought.
I see this attack, and others like it, as an act of war on the United States and therefor subject to military justice.
It is Federal property, and it may also be a Federal case if the people shot were in uniform and on duty.
There were virtually no Federal crimes when I was growing up. I'll admit that Texas probably botched things, but Lee Harvey Oswald was being held in Texas by Texas authorities. Now everything is some sort of Federal crime and, as judged by this case and others, subject to the whim of the political rulers in Washington. I'd rather take my chances with 50 different State governments.

Also, this was a terrorist act committed against the U.S. military. So it should be treated as such.
Normally, I agree that Federalistas should not be involved in a murder case. But there are two separate circumstances here which would allow their involvement.
Personally, I believe it would be best for Holder to stay uninvolved so his hypocrisy is on display for the world to see. Let the state of Arkansas try and fry the sonofabi*ch.
Some years ago, there was the curious case of one J.P. Franklin. a racist dirtbag who shot and killed a black man for jogging with a white girl. The state of Utah wanted to try the s.o.b. as an ordinary murder which carried the death penalty. But the federalistas wanted none of that. They wanted to try him for a civil rights violation and have a high profile show trial. Of course, they convicted him and sent him to the federal pen for a long spell, but his prison sentence got him out of the state trial which probably would have ended his worthless life.
Long story short is that he eventually got out of the pen, moved to a more criminal friendly state and killed again. All so the federalistas could have a show trial.
