Today Michele Bachmann’s spokesman, Ed Rollins, whom she recently hired, had some rather nasty things to say about Governor Palin. In order to give Bachmann the benefit of the doubt, we respectfully request that she either affirm her support for the long-time beltway fossil’s idiotic comments…or refudiate them.
Update: (h/t Jim R) Via the Star Tribune, another of Bachmann’s employees, Andy Parrish, attempted to rationalize the comments of her newest employee, Ed Rollins:
Bachmann aide Andy Parrish said Rollins was not speaking as a Bachmann adviser. “The Congresswoman and Ms. Palin have an excellent relationship,” Parrish said in an e-mail. “Rollins was in his media analyst role.”
People can judge for themselves whether this convenient excuse explanation is credible…or not.

I am giving my honest opinion! Is this not allowed? I have been warning of this for weeks, and BTW this is not the first time MB camp has attacked Gov Palin, they have been doing it quietly shall we say for months.
Yes, she has no business running against Gov Palin, that is my honest opinion! She has shown terrible judgment by even considering this.
She has a right to run,does not make it right to do so.

Fox poll. Results out today: 60,000 votes, Michele 60%, Sarah 40.
Not much meaning at this point but not completely insignificant considering Sarah’s affiliation with Fox.
MB camp has been quietly working against Sarah for sometime, it`s not like it just started this evening on CNN. AND I believe MB is well aware of basically what Ed was going to say.
MB is not up to being President, she has shown me this.
Fox Opinion Dynamics is one of the worst pollsters out there, no credibility at all. But I assume you are probably speaking of a online poll, which is great for toilet paper at the outhouse cottage, either way.

At this point it is not possible for Michele to spoil anything for non-candidate Sarah. Unless you think Bachmann plans to spoil Palin’s vacation by slashing the motor home tires or something.
How additional TEA party conservatives running in a primary can be considered spoiling it is beyond me.
The only thing worse than a messiah candidate is a messiah non-candidate. Go lay down in front of Palin’s RV until she makes a decision. That might help.

Bachmann has always had nice things to say about Palin, and when another person (reporter?) was trying to get Bachmann to compare herself with Palin, Bachmann said she wants people to compare her (Bachmann) with Obama.
I hope Bachmann has a few choice words for Rollins.

Polls are meaningless now. Heck Reagan was supposedly 25 points behind just a week before the election. Michelle is less known (but more gaff prone) and Palin has been endlessly trashed. When/if she starts campaigning it’s up to her to show who she really is.

If these are the people Bachmann thinks should run her national campaign, then in my opinion, to hell with her.

Has she made a statement yet, I haven’t heard.

I put very little stock in most polls. But it came out today. They same day you claimed Michele was insignificant compared to non-candidate Sarah.
In that context it is worthy of note. Brief note.
