Jerome Corsi states that Obama was born in Kenya. He also claims that he is closing in on Mark Niesse as the forger of Obama's BC in Hawaii.

He admitted that after the Allan Keys debate. There was a video on You Tube. Obongo said “ Doesn’t matter if I wasn’t born here, I’m not running for President”. It was AFTER the debate when they were talking to reporters and bantering back and forth. That video of course, has disappeared. Watch for it to appear when it can do the most damage, closer to 2012 with little time for damage control and spin.

In addition to step-grandmother Sarah's statement about witnessing the birth in Kenya (as sworn to in the case on which Philip Berg was working), there are Kenyan government officials who have stated that Obama was born in that country:
The Kenyan Ambassador to the United States said precisely that in an interview on a Detroit FM radio station on the day after Election Day in 2008.
At least three different Kenyan parliamentarians have stated in the Parliament's minutes that Obama was born in Kenya.
Obama's birth in Kenya has also been asserted in several distinct articles in English language African newspapers.
Both certificates are documented as forgeries.
There are no hospital records.
The only sworn affidavit by either a governor or high-ranking official is the OCON signed by Nancy Pelosi, and the HDOH has confirmed that she signed it without ever even asking to see any documentation. And the Hawaii Democratic Party specifically took out a whole physical line of text (including the only statement they were legally required to make) in order to specifically NOT certify that Obama was Constitutionally eligible - a fact that Pelosi was aware of before she signed any OCON.
The images we were given of the newspaper announcements changed over time even though they were all from the same source at the Honolulu Advertiser office (even though they were CLAIMED to be from sources they were not from, and independently acquired). And at least a few of the microfilms that are in the libraries today (from which we have genuine copies) have documentably been tampered with - and are clearly not duplicate films made by any professional microfilming company such as the company listed on the microfilm boxes the films are in.
You say that Corsi hasn’t found one shred of evidence. He says there is a Kenyan government investigation which found that Obama’s records were destroyed. I haven’t read his book so I don’t know what, if anything, he shows to support that claim. Have you read his book?
And we already have multiple recorded statements by Kenyan government officials saying that Obama was born there.
So unless 3 equals zero, I don’t know where you’re getting this “not one shred of evidence” claim from.
Cpt. P. Barnett, attorney for Lt.Col. Terry Lakin, discovered during his trial the existence of an immigration file for Barry Soetoro. As part of discovery she requested and file and was denied. Homeland Security has blocked her access to that document.
If Obama was born in Honolulu he wouldn’t have such a file.
Natural born citizens do not have immigration files.
If someone links to prove their point, they should show the material that proves it. A link to a 10,000 plus post thread means 200 pages. You want to show something in there, you find the page. Of course if you can’t, it makes one wonder about the quality of your research and your evidence ...

And while they’re at it they should also explain why they altered their 1960-64 birth index to allow the birth names of adopted children - which are both court-sealed records and legally invalid.
And why they have 2 different versions of their 1960-64 birth index.
Heck, they should just turn over all the embedded computer transaction logs and then we might actually get the truth for once.

Agreed. We also need fundamentally honest people, and to get over the sophomoric tendency to launch into pep-rally style support of candidates without an extensive finding of fact.

One correction on that. Pam Barnett is not an attorney for Col. Lakin. She is a plaintiff in one of the lawsuits.
0bama, maybe, (but I think an equal or greater number of voters see "birthers" akin to truthers at this point). But as I keep posting, Kapiolani has NO CHOICE in the matter. HIPAA forbids hospitals to disclose Protected Health Information without patient permission. Hospitals want signed releases before they will disclose. Blame 0bama, but don't blame Kapiolani for following the law.

There is one small, but not fatal, weakness in the Sunahara BC theory. One would have thought that if the forger had access to the Sunahara BC that it would have been used as the base document for the forgery.
But it wasn’t.
The way we know this is that the “1” the Obama BC is clearly seen as a modification if you examine the PDF in Illustrator. That would not have been necessary if the base file was the Sunahara BC.
But of course the forger may not have had access to a scan of the Sunahara BC or may have had some good reason for not using it.
