New analysis of Democrat Party's official 2008 Certification of Nominations for Obama reveals that reasons for his sudden trip to Hawaii in October, 2008 were to visit more than just his sick grandmother. Hawaiian election laws, media accounts and post-dated documents reveal he may have attended a private hearing with the Hawaiian Chief Elections Officer regarding his disqualification from the Hawaiian ballot due to lack of certified Constitutional eligibility.

The information was out there at the time of the election. The story was spiked and sent down the memory hole by the media.
It is good to see it climb back out, if only for a little while.

I just returned from the Post Office. I sent Mr. Trump via his Special Counsel Michael D. Cohen, a four page letter by Certified Mail on the background of Obama’s Ineligibility with respect to four areas:
I. The Forged COLB
II. The Concealment of Obama’s Bonafides, Records...
III. The Coverup - Senate Resolution 511...
IV. The Persecutions of Those Who Questioned Obama’s Bonafides... LTC Lakin and Major Cook.
I included in the package a copy of “Zapem’s Blog:” “Obama Knew He Wasn’t Eligible For POTUS AND copies of the DNC Official Certification of Nomination sent to Hawai’i and the other 49 States.
The article needs to be reduced to the minimum or most people will never read it mind-boggling as it is. If the meeting occurred as alleged surely there would be records of it and a tape of what occurred.
What stands out most clearly is the media’s deliberate cover-up of this crime. My phrase “Treason Media” has never been so fully proven as this. Had the candidate been Barack Obama (Republican) hoards of presstitutes would have descended on Hawaii looking into EVERY angle in this crime.
It would be like a swarm of flies on a cow-pie.

Removal from office and banning from further federal office is all that the Senate can do. But it is possible (under explicit constitutional language) to indict, try and convict the removed for the crimes which led to the impeachment and removal.
The Supreme Court has no authority to remove a President from office. Its only role is for the Chief Justice to preside at the trial in the Senate after impeachment by the House.
You need to see this.

The complication in this instance is that if Obama was never eligible, he was never legally president.

Because the second one, the one that falsely states his is constitutional eligible, was fabricated for his trip out to Hawaii for the hearing on October 24th 2008.
There is no way, IMHO, that these two were signed by those three people on the same day in the same place.
I really don't have time to read the whole thing. Can you tell me, in a nutshell, what actual evidence they have that this alleged hearing actually took place?
If I only had a penny for all the times birthers have asserted something without any evidence, I would be as rich as Donald Trump...
