New analysis of Democrat Party's official 2008 Certification of Nominations for Obama reveals that reasons for his sudden trip to Hawaii in October, 2008 were to visit more than just his sick grandmother. Hawaiian election laws, media accounts and post-dated documents reveal he may have attended a private hearing with the Hawaiian Chief Elections Officer regarding his disqualification from the Hawaiian ballot due to lack of certified Constitutional eligibility.

Absolutely false. The states certify the votes within their specific state.
That is all past. They can’t decertify them. It is entirely in the hands of the Congress as per the constitution. It doesn’t and cannot “go back to the states”.
Nor does the 25th amendment designed to handle incapacity (sickness or injury) while in office.
On the other hand since you seem to be for federal power at whatever the cost to our freedom.
Glad you have so much faith in the democrats convicting in an impeachment trial. They did it during Clinton, then they voted for Obamacare and on and on. So I guess you might be in for a real shock when they they deem him not guilty. AND THEY WILL! LOL!

Apparently you believe in concocting imaginary schemes to remove a president no matter what the constitution clearly says. And my showing that that is exactly what it is somehow makes me an advocate of too much federal power.
These conclusions are obviously outside any logical methods I am familiar with. So I will leave you with your imaginary constitution while I stick with the real one.
It is certainly possible that the Party of Treason will not convict Urkel all I was saying was that it would not be a free lunch and that it would not be dismissed as easily as the Clinton debacle. But the fact remains impeachment and conviction is the ONLY constitutional method of removing a president. If the Senate would not convict I think that would give us a veto proof Senate and House.
That argument won’t go anywhere. Laws he signed will not be overturned automatically nor appointments canceled. There is nothing in the Constitution which makes or supports such a claim popular though it is.
Ironic that you posted that. Trace that actor’s mom and her circle of friends. They left NYC to go to SF and then eventually to Hawaii staying one step ahead of Tailgunner Joe. I do not believe that is true. When that was written we voted for VP separately. We voted for a ticket, so if the top of the ticket goes so goes the ticket. At least I would argue that.

On another note. At one time, it has been changed and scrubbed, Hawaii had a website for land grants I think. Anyway the language was clear as to what documentation that was required, long form BC. I thought I came across an image the other day but can’t find it. If you or anyone else can help it would be great!

No, but they do retain the authority to rule on whether or not a person is Constitutionally eligible to hold the office in the first place. In other words, the SCOTUS cannot say "Obama is no longer President," but they can say, "Obama never was President."
Yep. At that point, Pelosi’s only options were to cover his arse, or take him off the ticket. Right at that point, it WOULD have caused riots I think. She had little choice, but that does not excuse breaking the law or the constitution.
