BOSTON - Barack Obama's aunt, Zeituni Onyango, says Donald Trump disrespected her family by questioning the president's birthplace.

Trump quoted Obama's grandmother when she claimed to have witnessed Barack Obama's birth in Kenya, and Onyango says that is not true.....

My reason for asking when he found the bc was to try to determine if he had seen it by the time he ran into Race Bannon in Hawaii. He told Race that he was born in Mombasa. If that pre-dates finding the certificate, it means that’s what he was told. If it was after finding the certificate, we could infer that’s what the certificate contained. If we had the date, we could maybe also see how it effected Zero’s statements to others and his actions - even his relationship to the Dunhams if they had told him one thing and the cert. told him something different.

Interestingly, for those who believe he was born in Kenya, if the find was pre-Race, this would provide validation. For those of us who believe he was born elsewhere, it would present a problem.

I’m still not 100% convinced that the story of finding the bc is true but your response about the article makes it more likely that it is.

I know that others will chime in with accuracy as far as the book’s account of when he found the birth certificate, but until they pipe up, my recollection just from reading threads here on FR is that he found the b.c. sometime in high school or maybe even earlier. When Race saw him, he must have been graduated already.

I think when Race saw him, he had seen the b.c., if the story in the books is true.

If I’m wrong, someone let me know!

Thanks. My reaction was the same as yours. I thought it was early on but I didn’t know why. I have the darn book on PDF. Don’t like even opening it but I will since I can locate the info with a search. If I get anything specific, I’ll come back and post it.

If he does happen to produce this alleged document, will they do a carbon-14 test on it to see how new it really is?

Up the thread Fred Nerks mentions the article, IIRC (it was late last night when I was reading), the aritcle date is 1962, and in it 0bama “Sr” mentions that he hasn’t been back to Kenya in seven years. So that throws the entire “story” off, right there.

But obviously 0bama/Soetoro saw it years after that.

Perhaps the reporter failed to ask personal questions, intimidated by my father’s imperious manner; or perhaps it was an editorial decision, not part of the simple story that they were looking for. I wonder, too, whether the omission caused a fight between my parents...

Not really...he may have found a birth certificate for the child whose name is on the UNDATED Index of births in Hawaii.

There's no EASY way to explain this - one has to follow what this blogger tells us they found:

And, regardless of who he really is, he is now stuck with that birth cert. which is what was filed at some point in time well after the blessed event with the state of Hawaii, the record for which shows up on that suspiciously dateless index that we are supposed to think is from 1961, right?

No. All I am trying to say is that no one knows who the parents were of the person in the WH...and if we don't know who his parents were, then how can we know where he was born?

Something like that...all there is, is a name on an undated index, probably that's what Abercrombie saw...and then he hit a blank wall.

What he found might very well have a different date of birth on it, and the maiden name of ANNA OBAMA - and that's why a forgery was required.

Poor Abercrombie, he knows the name is there on an undated index, but that's as far as he can go. One day he will get a huge shock (if he hasn't already worked it out) that the girl to whom he refers as ANN (he was there in Hawaii when her child was born) wasn't Stanley Ann Dunham. And the child 'ANN' gave birth to in Hawaii...was born in JANUARY 1961.

Conceived while Stanley Ann Dunham was still in High School...somewhere.

You can slow the carousel down - in fact you can stop the carousel the moment you accept what appears to be the fact - that ANN/ANNA OBAMA was a totally different individual to Stanley Ann Dunham.

Going back to the disturbing question of The Saboteur’s origins, Trump raises a valid point. It really is surreal how he can spend millions of dollars to prevent having to furnish this document. I mean, seriously, in ANY CASE, shouldn’t the burden of proof be on the person running for the highest position of the most powerful nation in the history of the world? Dear God in Heaven, it is beyond Orwellian that so many millions of people will hand someone the key to our entire nuclear arsenal and the most formidable military on the planet without even VERIFYING who the hell he is. That’s a friggin “BEAM ME UP SCOTTY” if I ever heard one and raises the question regarding intelligent life here on this planet, at least in the blue states.
