The two FactCheck.org employees who were granted access to Obama’s bogus Certification of Live Birth (COLB) are NOT document examiners or experts. Joe Miller has a Ph. D. in Political Philosophy — so he’s a political operative — while Jess Henig has an M.A. in English Literature — I’m not sure her dye-job is a political or esthetic statement.They are a couple of partisan Obots — just what you’d expect — Jess took the photos presented on their webpage and did all of the writing, while Bob basically held the COLB open for Jess to photograph — suitable work for a Ph. D.
Those two are completely unqualified to perform any kind of forensic examination of any document, and FactCheck.org knows it — and so do Henig and Miller.
FactCheck does say their, “representatives got a chance to spend some time with the ‘birth certificate,’ and we can attest to the fact that it is real and three-dimensional and resides at the Obama headquarters in Chicago.” In my mind, that clearly shows they were working with and for the Obama Campaign and that Obama and his people are involved in this lie. As to the second point. Even without the dots and artifacts the 7-cross and ‘fat-6’ in the front facing documents in the FC photos show a unique match between the DK/FTS image and the FC front facing printed document. So the have the same unique genetics that did come from Hawaii DOH printing process. So they are both frauds - IMHO.

edge919 has pointed out that the imprint from Factcheck’s birth_certificate_9.jpg (FC#9) could not have created bleed through seen in the Daily KOS (DK) or Fight The Smears (FTS) image.
I complete agree. Simple observation makes it clear the photo and image are NOT related and are not a scan and a photo of the same document. The cross mark through the 7 and thickness of the 6 could in the DK/FTS image could NOT have come from the document in FC#9.
In addition I point out that the Factcheck photos that show the front side of supposed COLB do have a datestamp image that IS consistent with the DK/FTS image. But there are also other elements of the DK image that do not show to the human eye when that image is printed but do show up if a digital high resolution photos is taken of the same document. So the front facing images on Factcheck are replicas of the DK image. The problem. They are perfect replicas that include small imperfections from DK image. These imperfections are the dots in the image that are likely dust from the original scan image.
So to tie these together. Factcheck photo birth_certificate_9.jpg contains an datestamp the could not have made the bleedthrough in either the DK image or the front facing documents in the Factcheck photos. Thus, there are at least 2 documents involved.
Add in the fact that the Factcheck photos are replicas of the DK image/scan that include the same image imperfections and it is clear that the Factcheck photos are derived from the DK image but are NOT an authentic Hawaii COLB documents.
So here are two specific examples of actual, material fraud by Factcheck and Factcheck employees Jess Henig (no longer with Factcheck) and Joe Miller (no longer with Factcheck).
FACT: No one knows where he was born, because he has NEVER submitted any evidence of his birth place................No evidence indicating what hospital he was born in. And NO EVIDENCE of his birth in HI except for a reported entry “on record” (not a document in possession).
FACT: According to the Director of Communications for the state of Hawaii Department of Health, Janice Okubo (and I quote her) Barack Hussein Obama’s Certification of Live Birth is “a valid State of Hawaii birth certificate.”
Fact: The state of Hawaii, through its Director of Health has (and I quote) “verified that Barack Hussein Obama was born in Hawaii and is a natural born American citizen.”
Fact: “The state of Hawaii says that the President was born there. That’s good enough for me.”—John Boehner, Speaker of the House
FACT: The Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of the United States administered the Oath of Office to Barack Hussein Obama II.
FACT: None of the 50 states nor the District of Columbia has attempted to revoke awarding Electoral College votes to Barack Hussein Obama II on the grounds that he is not eligible as a natural born American citizen.
FACT: House Majority Leader Eric I. Cantor, Virginia Republican, said that he thinks President Obama is a natural-born U.S. citizen and that questions on the issue have no place in Capitol Hill policy-making discussions.
“I don’t think it’s an issue that we need to address at all,” he said on NBC‘s “Meet the Press.” “It is not an issue that even needs to be on the policy-making table right now whatsoever.”
FACT: The former Republican Governor of Hawaii, Linda Lingle has stated (and I quote) “the president was in fact born at Kapiolani Hospital in Honolulu. And that’s just a fact. It’s been established. He was born here.”
FACT: Even one of Obama’s most ardent political enemies and potential opponent for the presidency in 2012 supports Obama on eligibility. Governor Sarah Palin said (and I quote her) “Do you question [Barry Soetoro’s] faith and citizenship?” Palin was asked today during an onstage interview hosted by the Long Island Association. Her answer was brief and to the point.
“I don’t, and those are distractions,” she said to some applause. “What we’re concerned about is the economy. And we’re concerned about the policies coming out of his administration and what he believes in terms of big government or private sector. So, no, the faith, the birth certificate, others can engage in that kind of conversation. It’s distracting. It gets annoying and let’s just stick with what really matters.”

The original release of a Barack Hussein Obama II Certification of Live Birth was posted on the Obama For America website in the “fightthesmears” section by the Obama campaign. That document states that Barack Hussein Obama II was born at 7:24 p.m. on August 4, 1961 and that he was born in the City of Honolulu, in the County of Honolulu, on the Island of Oahu, in the state of Hawaii.
On every Certification of Live Birth issued by the state of Hawaii it clearly states: “This copy serves as prima facie evidence of the fact of birth in any court proceeding.”
The birth was registered with the state on August 8, 1961 and two contemporaneous newspaper announcements for that birth appeared in the August 13th and August 14, 1961 editions of the Honolulu Advertiser and the Honolulu Star-Bulliten newspapers in the section of the paper entitled “Health Bureau Statistics.”
The state of Hawaii has released the Index data notation of a birth record for Barack Hussein Obama and confirmed that he was born there.
