Democrat – “Abortion Better Than a Life Eating Ramen Noodles”
Flopping Aces ^ | 02-17-11 | Curt

Oh boy:

Most macabre abortion defense of the night so far: Just a little while ago on the floor, Wisconsin Democrat Rep. Gwen Moore argued that abortion was better for unplanned babies than a life “eating Ramen noodles” or “mayonnaise sandwiches.”

Wow.....just wow.

What a perfect illustration of the liberal mindset, and it comes from one of the most ignorant Democrats in the house. I mean I'm pretty sure many of us had to eat Ramen in our younger days due to finances. Guess its a good thing our mothers didn't abort us worrying about that fact eh?

Geez.....

It gets better:

Jill Stanek notes another jaw-dropper from Democrat Rep. Sheila Jackson Lee: “This is not about abortion, this is about saving lives.”

What are these idiots spouting lunacy for? Why, they are pissed off that the GOP is trying to defund Planned Parenthood.

From 2002-2008, Planned Parenthood received more than $342 million in federal taxpayer money through Title X funding alone. In its 2008-2009 annual report, Planned Parenthood revealed that it received $363.2 million in various federal, state, and local government grants and contracts for that fiscal year, a significant increase from the prior year. During that same time period, they performed an unprecedented 324,008 abortions, which equates to 888 abortions each and every day.

I’d say the 0 degree angle.

I had to laugh out loud on this one. Nothing to do with abortion but here in Hawaii the locals eat Ramen Noodles by the tons and by choice. They love it.

I welcome the candor. The Democrat party constituency needs to know what the party elites think of them.

Gwen Moore argued that abortion was better for unplanned babies than a life “eating Ramen noodles” or “mayonnaise sandwiches.”

Right...
Kill the baby, or keep the baby and be poor... Kill the baby, or keep the baby and be poor...
Gee, we can't be poor ... better kill that baby.

Matthew 6:19-21 Lay not up for yourselves treasures upon earth, where moth and rust doth corrupt, and where thieves break through and steal: But lay up for yourselves treasures in heaven, where neither moth nor rust doth corrupt, and where thieves do not break through nor steal: For where your treasure is, there will your heart be also.

Psalms 37:16 A little that a righteous man hath is better than the riches of many wicked.

Proverbs 11:4 Riches profit not in the day of wrath: but righteousness delivereth from death.

Proverbs 11:28 He that trusteth in his riches shall fall: but the righteous shall flourish as a branch.

Proverbs 22:1 A good name is rather to be chosen than great riches, and loving favour rather than silver and gold.

Luke 16:13 No servant can serve two masters: for either he will hate the one, and love the other; or else he will hold to the one, and despise the other. Ye cannot serve God and mammon.

Yup, kill the baby or keep the baby and be poor. Tough call...

That is a sweet story - I know it seems like there is just no way you can possibly afford a child, then things fall into place....

Just don’t read the ingredients.

There's nothing quite like a hot bowl of noodles containing tertiary butylhydroquinone and/or ascorbyl palmitate.

What’s wrong with Ramen noodles? I still have them regularly.

I dedicate an entire shelf to Nong-Shim brand "spicy Shrimp", "Spicy Chicken" and "Spicy Seafood" ramen noodle kits, with plenty of bullion cubes to enhance the broth flavoring. Like another poster said, add a little diced meat, and some frozen veggies, can't go wrong and economical to boot...

What does one expect from child molesters. I would dearly love for a Rep or Sen, with cojones, to stand up and call them child molesters. Drilling a hole in a baby’s skull and sucking out the brain IS child molesting.

Oh well, I can dream, can’t I?

A fried potato sandwich sure brings back some old memory’s.

This woman defends an organization created by a racist crazy old white lady, whose whole intent was to eliminate or control the population of Black Americans.

How does she not understand this?

Tell that to these noodle eaters:

Andrew Carnegie
Though Andrew Carnegie proved to be one of the titans of the industrial age, he was once a poor boy from Scotland. His father was a hand loom weaver, but once the industrialization of society reached Scotland, his father’s work was no longer needed. For years, his family had tough times to make ends meet, so they decided to start anew and move to America. At thirteen, Andrew and his family moved to America and he got a job at a cotton mill. He was working twelve hour days, six days a week. Eventually Andrew got a job as a telegraph messenger. Because of his great work ethic, someone from the Pennsylvania Railroad Company offered him a job, which allowed him to earn more money and make his way up the corporate ladder. He soon started investing in railroad companies, and then hit the jackpot by investing in the steel industry. His investments would allow him to have his own steel company, which was able to bring 120 billion to his wallet.

Chris Gardner
Chris grew up without knowing his real father. His mother married a man who completely ruined his and his mother’s life. He was chased out of his home and had nowhere to go, so he enlisted in the Navy. He soon became a medical supplies salesman, got married, and had a child. However, the medical supplies industry was changing, and Chris needed to find a new source of income. He was able to find interest in stock broking, after seeing a stock broker with a Ferrari. At this time, Chris had no money and his wife was gone. His son proved to be his motivation, even though the two slept in subway station bathrooms. Chris was able to pass a licensing exam and received a job at Bear Sterns. Here he’d make cold calls to get clients. By 1987, things had turned around for Chris. He had a home and was making money. In the same year, he was able to start his brokerage firm called Gardner Rich & Co.

Jim Carrey
Jim Carrey was born in Ontario, Canada. At first, Jim’s family was doing just fine. His father worked as an accountant, but as Jim got older, his family’s situation deteriorated. His family had to move to Scarborough and they all worked at the Titan Wheels Factory. Jim had to work eight hours a day and attend school. Still, it was very hard to keep the family stable. After moving out of the factory to new jobs, the family found themselves living in a camper van. Eventually, Jim had the courage to stand up and decide to act on his dream of being a comedian. He did stand-up routines and loved it, so much he dropped out of high school. Jim was able to land gigs and eventually got a part on a sitcom called The Duck Factory. He also became part of the In Living Color cast. This was a hit for him and he has since been able to play important roles in movies such as The Mask and Ace Ventura. Today he is one of the most highly paid comedians.

Oprah Winfrey
Oprah’s rag to riches story is probably one that you have heard or know about fairly well. Oprah was born to unwed teenage patents in Mississippi. Once she was born, the two teenagers ended their relationship. Oprah was raised by her grandmother who was poor and wasn’t able to give her much, but she did teach Oprah how to read before age three. When Oprah turned six she relocated to the city of Milwaukee to live with her mother. During this time she still didn’t have much, but she was doing great academically. Oprah became rebellious and ran away from home, so her mother sent her to live with her father in Tennessee. She continued to be a great student and was able to impress many. She went from a radio host to a news anchor, and then to a television host. Today, she has her own television show and channel, as well as a magazine.

SAme here. I eat Unif-100 (from Vietnam, no less) which has three types of spices to go with the noodles and put a meat/seafood and vegetables into the soup. It’s remarkable how aloof and elitist the Democratic Party has become. And equally remarkable that they are so blind to the dichotomy they present to the world. They are the exact antithesis of what they profess to be and cannot even be brought to see this is so.

Their fall cannot be far ahead because people do not abide hypocrisy when the hypocrite insists they deny themselves for the hyprocrite’s benefit.
