The NAACP won’t directly address the racism displayed by progressive protesters outside a summit hosted by billionaire brothers Charles and David Koch at the end of January in Palm Springs, Calif., but the organization did call for an end to all “vitriolic language.”
In response to The Daily Caller’s request for comment on a video showing progressive protesters calling for somebody to “string up” African American Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas, or “send him back into the fields” or “cut off all his toes and feed them to him one-by-one,” NAACP spokesman Hilary Shelton pointed to the organization’s recent resolution calling for a “civil political discourse.”

There were several disturbing commercials during Super Bowl. Fortunately the ETrade baby came to the rescue; and some Bud Light ones also. Last good one was the old folks home where they kept hearing the TV ad wrong.

Technically you are correct, however, on the practical side, I agree with Rush, use the term Liberal whenever possible because most people understand what a bunch of losers Liberals are. They don’t necessarily think that of Leftists.
The NAALCP has two missions - fight for ‘civil rights’ (i.e. set-asides and racial quotas) and advance left-wing liberalism whenever possible.
If your black, you’re in. If your black and Conservative, you’re out. Skin color is only a part of their mindset. You have to tote the idealogy as well.

I do not know what those exec’s were thinking (or smoking or drinking) at the time they decided on half-time shows. The last four or five were disasters. During the Rolling Stone’s show they wouldn’t let anyone over 30 get close to the stage. The Stones are in their sixties. Go figger. The opening of Super Bowl was all patriotic (well except for the screeching and wailing of the national anthem). Wonder when they’ll do a patriotic half-time show. Never mind, I answered it myself already.
If the NAACP doesn’t denounce this, and very publicly, then they should have absolutely NO credibility, anymore, in the eyes of anyone in this country. It should be plain to everyone that they don’t care about ALL ‘colored people’, they only care about liberal colored people, and thus their name should be changed to what Rush has been calling them for years, the NAALCP.
Their name is a lie and always has been. What is liberal about Liberalism?
Sadly, they’ve gotten us to switch again and now we’re Reds, while they get to be Blue.
As in Better Dead than Red and True Blue. We need to get that switched back this election cycle. Obama is a Red.
Conservatives were stupid to jump on that color coded tar baby. I hope we’re not stuck with it this cycle.
This kind of stuff reminds me of the stuff that Muhammed Ali got away with during his 3 fights with Joe Frazier. Joe was a gorilla. Joe wasn’t an authentic black man. Joe was a tool of the whites. The Media let all of that go unexamined.

Ironic that Blacks’ greatest ire is reserved for Blacks who leave the liberal plantation.
One suspects the issue is not equal rights, but promoting the Black agenda.
And note that (1) retalitory violence against a spouse is okay, and (2) their reaction to hitting the innocent white woman was to run away, not help her (though the woman did say an “I’m sorry”).
I once wrote to Budweiser complaining about two of their Bud Light ads. My grandson pointed out to me that ‘weren’t those people stealing?’ - the two ads were: Bud Light truck getting an oil change and the crew busts into the bottom to steal beer for a party (drinking while on duty); the second one was the bungee jumper stealing beer from the girls in the rowboat.
Budweiser writes back saying they were meant as humor. Ok, funny to who? This says we can all now go and steal beer from a Bud Light truck or anyone who has Bud Light around. Tongue in cheek statement here.
