I saw that euphoric crowd in Chicago, and realized how gone our nation was. Slept like a baby. In the end, it will take God to straighten this mess out. That’s too far above my pay grade to obsess over.
When this nation is done a buried, there is only one thing I demand.
The Republican party MUST not be buried along side it. Let it be buried along side the traitors that brought the U. S. down. After all, it has helped them immensely.
This will make it just that much easier for God to collect them, to burn together in hell.

Apart from the question of where he was born, it’s pretty nearly certain that when he was adopted as Barry Soetero and attended school in Indonesia, he was an Indonesian citizen. No one else was permitted to attend school at that time.
And it was also the law that you could not be a dual citizen at that time. So his parents would have had to relinquish his American citizenship—if he had it in the first place.
It would have been easy enough for him to get his citizenship back when he returned to Hawaii, or at any time until he came of age. But there is no evidence that he did any of the required paperwork.
That makes him an illegal alien.
As nosey as the media is, that waved all kinds of red flags with me, along with the fact that everyone except Zero is discussing the COLB.

I think they are referring to the adoption by Mr. Soetero, Stanley Ann Dunham’s hubby that moved them to Indonesia.
Jill T. Nagamine, Deputy Attorney General for the State of Hawaii, has made it clear that her office will not corroborate or back in any way the July 27, 2009 Statement of Dr. Chiyome Fukino, Director of the Hawaii Department of Health, which declared Obama Hawaiian-born and a “natural-born American citizen.”
And Brian Schatz, on behalf of the DPH in 2008, would not certify him either.

Later reviewed in another case and reversed by the SCOTUS. Parents may not deprive a minor child of his or Citizenship, which may be re-established when the child reaches majority age.
If this theory pans out, or the Soetoro-name theory is correct, or some other legal theory regarding Obama's eligibility proves to be true, the Democrats will say:
"We are trying to depose the President over mere technicalities! The American people voted for this guy, whatever his legal name is, or the arcane technicalities of citizenship law, or the facts of the long past days of his youth. Selection of the President is the ultimate political question, which nobody can or should second guess!"
We KNOW this is what they will say if some provable legal problem emerges. I hope we can come up with an explanation why this is critically important to all Americans, that speaks to today's issues and concerns, and is not too legalistic.
I tend to think, like with most scandals, that the coverup will be perceived to be worse than the crime.

Yes that's a fact. Hawaii refuse to certify Obama Constitutionally eligible as president. Then comes Nancy Pelosi to Obama's rescue to comply with Hawaiian law:

John Kerry's 2004 Hawaiian party DNC Certification. Notice that Kerry is qualified under the US Constitutional and for the state of Hawaii.

Enter Nancy Pelosi signed statement... because Hawaii did not fully certify Barack Hussein Obama. Pelosi signs the statement to fulfill the required Hawaiian law under Revised Statutes 11-113.
But Pelosi attempted some legal jujitsu to not be legally caught holding the poop bag when and if this con-game blows up in their collective faces.

The divorce papers that many are missing state that they have 2 children. One a minor and one not a minor attending university. Mr. Soetoro is responsible for the support of Maya and under Hawaii law Lolo Soetoro continues to be responsible for costs of Barry/Obamas’ education. If you check closely it indicates she will deal with child support later. They also state that the father visits every 3 months. Lolo was living in Indonesia, and working for Shell oil, he did not go to Hawaii every 3 months. But.. since she was living in Indonesia every 3 months visitation wouldn’t be a problem. The most important thing here, is that the Obama divorce lists Obama Sr. as the biological and legal father of Barry/Obama (1964). IN the Soetoro divorce (1980) he is listed as Soetoros’ legal child. No need to mention him at all, if he was not Lolos’ legal son. Lolo would not have been responsible for the costs of the continuing education of a step-son. Note: that they separated in 1974. she lived in Hawaii from a few months of 74 thu 1976. She returned to Indonesia in 1977 thru 1992, with short term residence in US through out those years. How did she do it, I have to assume she did not tell the US or Indonesia of her citizenship within each country. It was not the technological era we live in today. Plus, her anthropology major, working on her dissertation, and the kind of work she did allowed her the freedom to travel freely between countries with no questions asked.

Correction on previous post Soetoro divorce was filed in JUNE 1980. It was the Obama div. that was filed in Jan. 1964. AND no there is no evidence that Ann returned to Hawaii in 1980 or 81. Keep in mind that there was no hearing and she did not appear before a court or judge in Hawaii. Her atty could have been retained by phone, letter or Grandma Dunham. after that papers could have been mailed for signatures. Look at the Appearance and Waiver, he waived his rights to be present and requested they proceed without him, this is signed by Lolo. After this since she lists no property, living apart since 1974,
allows all the visitation Lolo may want, no alimony, requests custody on the basis that “mother and both children US citizens father Indonesian Citizen.” Also “husband living with another woman and wishes to remarry.” No reconciliation for this marriage. They signed the papers on 8/15/80 they were filed with the court on 8/20/80. Fed Ex was all over the world in 1980. By the way, again this woman lied, she claims Maya was a US citizen. Not True. Born in Indonesia 1970, to two Indonesian citizens, she was 10 years old and a statement to renounce citizenship is necessary at the age of 18 thru 21. After that it is assumed you want to keep your Indo. citizenship. AND Ann didn’t lose her Indo citizenship either, unless she renounced it. Or obtained a passport from another country. But, how would Indo. know if she didn’t tell them? Who was going to question this matter? Look at the type of work she did and the fact that she was working on her dissertation in archeology all contributed to no questions asked...”
Sven has posted info that indicates under some circumstances it is possible for a minor to relinquish US citizenship. The info he’s posted in the past is pretty convincing that it is possible. The minor himself has to sign stuff and go to the US embassy or consulate. Sven says that 0h0m0 did this in Indonesia.
