New analysis of Democrat Party's official 2008 Certification of Nominations for Obama reveals that reasons for his sudden trip to Hawaii in October, 2008 were to visit more than just his sick grandmother. Hawaiian election laws, media accounts and post-dated documents reveal he may have attended a private hearing with the Hawaiian Chief Elections Officer regarding his disqualification from the Hawaiian ballot due to lack of certified Constitutional eligibility.

I've proudly called myself a "birther" since before Obama locked up the democrat nomination. I define the term simply as somebody who would like there to be as much (verified) information in the public domain surrounding the circumstances of Obama's birth and general background as there has been about any major-party candidate.
If that makes some kind of fringe-kook so be it. When the vast majority of the country seems to care less about adherence to Constitutional requirements for the POTUS, I'll prefer to remain solidly grounded in the fringe that does care.
When Stanley Ann allowed Obama to be adopted Granny kept the origional certified copy hidden and revealed it to Barak after Mommie died.

I know of a lot of discussion about Obama being adopted by Lolo Soereto but not much on Obama being adopted by his grandparents.

Actually, I’m not even convinced he is a citizen. When he went to Asia, he was supposed to renounce his U. S. citizenship so he could attend school there. I’ve read reports that foreign national’s were not allowed to attend schools there.
If that’s true, did he adopt citizenship in Asia and forsake citizenship here?
If so, did he re-establish citizenship here?
I don’t hang my hat on this being true, but it is a legitimate issue to be researched and laid to rest.
There is something up with this guy. He doesn’t think like a U. S. Citizen. He humiliates the U. S. at every opportunity. I’d like to know why? Why is it so easy for this guy to trash the U. S. and bow on behalf of the nation to other world leaders?
He may be a citizen. He may even be a natural born citizen. In his heart, he IS NOT. In his heart he is a citizen of the world, or at the very least some other sector of the world other than the United States.
Let the guy go rule somewhere he does love. Spare us.

I think you are right if (and one must concede that that is a big “if”) he was born abroad he was not a citizen much less a natural born citizen because his mother was not old enough.
My belief on this matter is that there is a plausible scenario by which Obama could have been born abroad and certified as having been born in Hawaii upon the fraudulent application of his mother or grandmother under the laws that existed in the state of Hawaii.
In fact, if he were born abroad and was not a citizen that would provide a great motivation in the Dunhams to find a quick and easy way to get a birth certificate and passport without the bother, expense and time delay of applying for citizenship for Barak which might consume some years.
However, it is necessary to say that there is no credible affirmative evidence whatsoever that Obama was born anywhere but in Hawaii and there is affirmative evidence that he was born in Hawaii.
But since the scenario exists, it is not a tinfoil position to question his eligibility for office. Our politicians and our talk show hosts ran from the subject and cowered in the dark because of Obama’s race.
One must recall that at the time of the campaign it was illegitimate even to use Obama’s middle name for fear of being called a racist.
So the issue is settled and sealed in concrete and it has become equivalent of being a Truther to even raise the issue.

Funny, I always thought the trip was in order to make sure that the grandmother actually died, whatever it took, since she was the one remaining soul who knew the actual facts of Obama’s birth. At least, that thought makes it convenient to see conspiracy, which is never a stretch when Chicago politicians are involved.
I know Obama was taken in by his grandparents but I do not think he was ever legally adopted by them.

Politifact actually has Okubo on the record denying that the electronic COLB image provided by the Obama campaign can be authenticated by her or by anyone at DHOH!
Hawaii has previously released Obama’s birth date, and birth certificate number, which out of sequence with the Nordyke twins, born the day after Obama.
Remember, the COLB has only a “Filed” state and not an “Accepted” state. Until it’s accepted by the registrar it’s nothing.
Hawaii also confirmed Obama’s “vital records” have been amended.
So, little by little, Hawaii violates their own rules by releasing selected bits of information, while refusing to release the original, hospital-produced birth certificate.
Jill T. Nagamine, Deputy Attorney General for the State of Hawaii, has made it clear that her office will not corroborate or back in any way the July 27, 2009 Statement of Dr. Chiyome Fukino, Director of the Hawaii Department of Health, which declared Obama Hawaiian-born and a “natural-born American citizen.”

An Israel Insider report dated November 1, 2008 stated that Hawaii officials would not confirm that the image posted on Obama’s campaign website was consistent with the birth records they supposedly have on file.
In January 2009, a letter purportedly signed by Obama was posted on the Kapiolani Medical Center’s website but electronically hid the image of the letter after WorldNetDaily questioned its origins. The letter had been displayed by the hospital on the front of a fundraising publication, but the hospital’s spokesperson refused to confirm Obama’s birth there when asked.
Recently Parliament members in Kenya claimed on the record that Obama was born there. They had also alluded to it numerous times previously. It has also been reported that the Kenyan officials have documents on Obama but that they were sealed.
Attorney Andy Martin has filed a second lawsuit in the state of Hawaii, this time charging Governor Linda Lingle with “suborning election fraud in October, 2008.” While Martin believes that Obama was born in Hawaii, his first lawsuit was filed to force Hawaii officials to release the original birth certificate due to his contention that it should now be considered a public document.
