Most Americans have soundly rejected every crazy idea put forward by the liberal media regarding the root cause of the Arizona shooting.
A new theory is now being advanced by some in the media.
The phrase "blood libel" used by Sarah Palin in her video was really some kind of a super-secret code to be used as a signal to Palin's base.
Jennifer Epstein of Politco writes:
Sarah Palins use of the charged term blood libel may not have been an accidental blunder, but a deliberate dog whistle appeal to her evangelical Christian supporters for whom the expression has meaning, commentators and others are saying.
An interesting phrase - dog whistle. Either Epstein is alluding to the notion that those who support Palin are little more than dogs, or the phrase is so secret it can only be understood by those who speak her language. Either way, the notion is more than silly, it is insulting.
Epstein quoted Political Wire founder Taegan Goddard, who wrote while its not entirely clear what Palin intended, its possible she was trying to use dog whistle politics to speak to her religious base who often feel theyre an oppressed minority.
But according to some on the left, Palin is so stupid she doesn't even know what the term means, and Congressman James Clyburn said Palin was "intellectually unable" to understand the issue of rhetoric.
Epstein wrote that MSNBC host Ed Shultz spoke to this on his show Wednesday night:
Many people think shes used the term blood libel as an appeal to an extremist Christian conservative base for 2012
Just once, it would be nice if liberals got their messages right.

Not new. I think MSNBC was touting that since she first released her statement. Sarah hates the jooooooos
It's activated when she winks ;)
It’s starting to become almost fun to watch the progressive idiots squirm at the sound of a couple of words. “Blood libel” gets ‘em all antsy.
Maybe we should think of more phrases that we can start using in everyday life that will make their heads explode.
Whoops - did I say “explode”? “Ka-Boom”?
This could be a real blast...
Look, we all know what the code meant. Just keep our mouths shut about it.
“’Blood libel’ secret signal to Christian base, at an undisclosed location in the Ozarks.”
"I'd Hit It". :-)
The first rule about "Blood Libel" is that no one talks about "Blood Libel".
They got us guys! I can’t take the pressure! I’m spilling my guts, right here right now!
“Blood libel” is an anagram for “bill dooble”. All Christian shop owners have now been instructed to charge liberals double for merchandise and services...we will used the money to get our Leader, Sarah Palin into office!!
Our evil plan will triumph!!! Bwaahahahaha!!
(I feel better now)
Here’s the next message: muDb sAs Librales
These people are exhibiting signs of paranoia.
They didn’t just libel Palin. They libelled every conservative in this country. And they did it for blatantly political reasons.
YES! Eeeevil Capitalism wins again!
Barack Hussein Obama...MMM...Barack Hussein Obama...MMM...Barack Hussein Obama...MMM...Barack Hussein Obama...MMM...Barack Hussein Obama...MMM...
A new African Morse Code.
Drink your Ovaltine?
Bosco.
Let’s keep this to ourselves, ok?
Imagine what these lefties would have thought had she told us she was going to get us “some pie”.
Maybe she should have a real one.
This would get the libs going.

heh!
As if “calls for civility” aren’t just a thinly veiled attempt to silence critics of Obama?
Oh, that's what the "Loose lips sink ships" is for.
I humbly request, those in the know, keep the Drink Your Ovaltine code secret. The first code has been broken and the new code is more important than the first code whistle of Blood Libel.
