CBS News allowed the following comment to be published on its website, following an article about Obama’s visit to Arizona yesterday:
... Who were the doctor(s) and nurse(s) at Kapi`Olani that delivered Barack? My ex-wife worked at the hospital and I understand the records at Kapi’Olani are impeccable. Where are the foot prints? What public records exist that can even demonstrate that Mrs. Obama was even at Kapi’Olani on the day of Barack’s birth? Talk at Kapi`Olani, would have been unabashed, the city of Honolulu at the time very racist towards black people.

The anti birthers get rabid about trying to shut down any discussion of his probable ineligibility but they never get into a discussion about any of obama’s other life records that are under lock and key.
His supporters attitude about the cartoon colb is one of “take our word and shut up.”
How about the rest of his records? What has a lot of people concerned is that he was able to get into a very powerful position with no scrutiny of who he is and what his past was. Add to that the way George Bush was ambushed with made up information.

It is the rudeness and aggression, along with repeated, documented cases of naked dishonesty, that most impresses me about ‘anti-birthers’ (so to speak). Why are they so virulent? It’s almost as if they are trying to silence us via overheated, relentless personal attacks—which indicates to me even they know there is a threat to Obama in the BC.
For example, the other day I posted a simple, honest, matter-of-fact personal experience that contradicted their ‘birthers are kooks and Obama is fine and dandy and oh-so-eligible’ meme. You would think I had set off a nuke on FR. They came after me like rabid pitbulls. The facts of the case did not matter to them at all. They just wanted to impugn ME for daring to mention it. I learned a lot that day, none of which will I forget.
We must not allow ourselves to be beaten down into submission ...

So where was Stanley Ann Dunham from January until late August 1961? Hmmmmmm...? There isn't a lick of evidence to her whereabouts? None, zip, nada, nope, not there, and it does not exist in the public realm. So again, where was she?
The big news here is that this post was on CBS' web site, apparently for some time.
The grammar and sentence structure could stand some improvement. I say that not to be petty or snobby, but because those on our side have an obligation to speak and write impeccably in order to maximize our clout in this debate.
One point that that doesn’t get much attention came to light in the LTC Lakin trial. Namely, the judge said the revelation of Obama’s BC’s would cause him “embarrassment”. What a bizarre comment for a judge to make. How on earth could a normal, legal and copacetic BC cause ‘Little Barry’ [to borrow his good friend Abercrombie’s nomenclature] the least ‘embarrassment’?
More to the point, if Obama needs to keep this type of secret(s) from those who pay his bills and finance his lavish lifestyle, to what length will he go to do it? What if, for example, Putin and/or Soros already know all about this ‘embarrassing’ fact (or facts)? Are one or both of them using the info to blackmail Obama? It is simply the case that most of what Obama has done has benefited foreign powers and hurt the US [witness his oil/drilling policy, for example]. Is he doing that just because he hates the US and wants to get even with us, or is someone pulling his strings?
When a POTUS is allowed and even encouraged to keep secrets—secrets it’s worth millions, at a minimum, to him to defend—it is entirely reasonable to speculate on who may already know about them, and to what use they are putting that knowledge.

I believe at least ONE person would remember. Just ONE.
So you don't know or believe she was in Africa, but you know if she was, she wanted to leave? And if she wanted to leave to have the child back home, what does it matter, if she wasn't able to leave? Doesn't change the fact the she possibly didn't leave and therefore Obama wasn't born in Hawaii.

I didn’t say Nixon wasn’t guilty. I just pointed out that he was bluffed into resigning.

It was perfectly pertinent. The previous comment was either a lie, intentionally hyperbole, or a mistake. Such statements deserve to be corrected.

My point is it’s simply wrong to say Nixon was thrown out of office when everyone knows he resigned. Whether he would have been eventually thrown out is irrelevant. You don’t get to rewrite history based on probable would-have-beens.

Where are you getting the information about the Hawaiian Birth Index? If that’s the index for Certificates of Hawaiian Birth, that’s different than the Index of Foreign Births. The HDOH claimed to me that they don’t have any handwritten Index of Foreign Births, and if they have a computerized version they are refusing to show it to anybody.
A COHB was supposed to only be issued if the lieutenant governor was convinced that there was enough evidence according to evidentiary standards for a Hawaii birth to be considered substantiated. Depending on the lt gov, that could mean the record actually meant something, or it could have been given out to anybody. Depends on how corrupt the official was.

Her passport records would show possibly if she traveled overseas during that time period (with speculation on Kenya, but perhaps Cuba or Canada are possible as well). But alas, those records are not available either. Hmmm...
So it is not just about his records being withheld from public scrutiny, but hers as well. Which leads me to believe he indeed was not born on sovereign US soil. Otherwise why would her records have disappeared?
