Welcome to my search for the perfect burger. My mission is to search and inform one burger at a time.

Last time I was able to get to the one in my hometown, they sold their hot sauce by the bottle. Not a gallon, but at least 2 pints or so.
Yeah.. the burgers kinda get lost in the mix of great food, but they are delicious.
I admit I go for the local stuff, BBQ Fish, Pork and Chicken with rice, slaw and rolls
Here are the chili fries:
Note: Eat them quick before the red grease melts the wax paper, wax carton and card board tray.
Mark Lim at OhSoFat.com likes em big:
Triple Cheese with Chili Fires
As soon as you unwrap the Triple Cheese Burger from it's greasy translucent paper your entire body will be covered in their world famous Chili. It kind of just explodes on you like your heart does after you eat it. Mmm
Here is the original location in the Rampart District (You just know the Adam 12 squad ate here) :
Here in Tulsa, I can get my chili fix it Ike's Chili House. Hold the tomatoes and beans:
Founded in 1908, it is the oldest chili house that I have found.
A regular patron of Ike's in Tulsa, Will Rogers really did call chili "a bowl of blessedness" and once turned down a banquet meal before a speaking engagement at the Mayo Hotel, saying "I can always eat chicken, but I can't always eat at Ike's."
For Chili burgers, we have Ron's. Just dig for a while and the burger will be rescued:
Dittos on that. It is amazing, on a burger thread, not one posted recipe to make a good burger. I do the same with Pizza, I make my own with a pizza stone and it is just as good as a pizzaria’s; no better because I can tweak it just the way I like it.
Who needs a recipe?
Too bad they have a picture of Slick Willy in one of their pictures.
I love chili but it can often overpower the flavor of the beef.
Even better perhaps was the banana cream pie:
Eat one of those and you becime the alpha male silver back gorilla pounding your chest and clearing the jungle before you.
The LA Weekly agree: Best Banana Cream Pie: The Apple Pan
A tender crust, firm slices of fresh banana, sweet yellow custard, and a thin layer of soft cream. Their apple pies and hamburgers do appear to be more popular, but sometimes it really feels like they shouldn't be.
This country started going down hill when burgers and pies stopped going together.
1/4 lb of steakburger and 1/4lb of gyro meat.
Gus and Maria were great.
He was Greek, she was Spanish
Gus used to say .. “you know? You looka just like burt lancaster..” LoL
A great burger joint
Maria could cook some serious chicken on the open rotisserie
Ur links are broken.
Ur linkz are broken!
Ur links is broken! Sheesh!
I just re clicked the ones on this page to check and they seemed to work.
All the ones I tried. They go to flickr.com, but the account is passworded. You have to have a flickr account, and your account must be authorized to view the pix in question.
Flickr is a Yahoo property. Yahoo sucks. Best to host photos on a server that doesn't care who sees them (that's what the web is supposed to be wide open!).
Now I am ready to open my one place.
“Homers hand spanked burgers”
“western greatburger”
“locoburger”
