"Sir, it looks like we are going to be asked to recuse on Hollister."
"Don't worry, that's just another lawsuit without standing"
"No, sir, Judge Roberts never brought that up. He pretty much allowed Hollister standing simply by taking the case"
"Kagan, you have been my hands and feet on keeping my private life private, now Michelle and Valerie --- ahem, I mean Michelle and I -- have responded by making you our eyes and ears on the high Court. What does Rosey think?"
"Her name is Sonia, sir"
"Whatever. What does Sotomaeyor think??"
"Well she supports us, of course"
"Then we are okay, we still need 4 justices to agree to hear arguments on Hollister, right?"
"Well, actually, Chief Justice Roberts has already asked that she recuse herself too"
"What? Why?"
"One of the pleadings says that she was appointed by you and could lose her job if the case is not decided in your favor..."
"GD Kagan, I know that! What I mean, is why is Chief Justice Roberts leaning that direction, when I thought he was my buddy??? We had that little meeting before the inauguration, and we got to do the whole swearing-in thing twice, just like he requested...."
"Oh, you mean so that his niece-in-law Tawana could be there?"
"Well, yeah that was part of it... how did you know about that?"

Act 2: Valerie Jarret and Obama confer
"Alright, let me get this straight then.... have someone call Abercrombie, and make sure he knows that we are calling in the Margins.... the uh...."

"Then have someone call Chrissy Matthews... and make sure he knows he'll get something special in his stocking if he focuses on the birth certificate... and not on any of the other issues"

"Okay, then have someone call the Prince and make sure he knows that Fox (especially Megan and O'Reilly) are on board with this...."

"And then batten down the hatches"

"Okay, thanks Valerie, I will get right on this."
The records are out there to bring down this Fraud. The missing ingredient is for the “right people” to want them revealed.

I believe the birth certificate reveals another father, one who is an American citizen. I think they have been stringing this along to try to make opponents look bad. Somehow, they’ve decided they have a chance in 2012, so he wants it cleared up and damage done. He takes less damage from being a bastard than the others will take for forcing it out - in his estimation.
Funny. In back of my mind I was wondering the same thing. Just too much going on right now from the left for it to be coincidence or just a slow news week. How I’d love it!

There will have to be many facts cleared away to make Obama a clear cut eligible POTUSA. This might well turn out be a colossal case of the web liars weave to avoid staightforward truth.
I’m sort of out of the loop on the latest with Kerchner. Has Roberts asked Kagan and Sotomayor to recuse themselves?
It’s sort of a no-brainer, that they should recuse themselves when their entire salary is on the line if the case is heard.
Did Kerchner make some kind of motion asking them to recuse themselves?
After reading Kerchner’s support of Lakin and standing up to Dwight Sullivan I have to say I love Kerchner. He is definitely one of the heroes.

Well, Sotomayor and Kagan should recuse themselves on Hollister also.

That’s the explanation that makes the most sense. I forget the author who dredged up old photos and remarks that suggest Obama senior and Grandpa Dunham briefly became fast friends. Not the sort of thing that a Greatest Generation Midwesterner would do with a black African student who knocks up his daughter but just the sort of thing that a grateful dad would do for a man who bailed his “in trouble” daughter out by marrying her on paper and claiming paternity.
And the Democrats are sooo good at lying. It keeps them in power and makes them look like the good guys or the victims of "mean" Republicans.
If that were true, then when he was registered as a foreign student for college, to get foreign aid, what’s he going to say? The Connecticut SSN, what’s he going to say?
