I believe the birth certificate reveals another father, one who is an American citizen. I think they have been stringing this along to try to make opponents look bad. Somehow, they’ve decided they have a chance in 2012, so he wants it cleared up and damage done. He takes less damage from being a bastard than the others will take for forcing it out - in his estimation.
Possibly the spelling his fathers name is correct..Barak..not Barack.
Revealing that he knew he was lying when he wrote his book would have to look bad for him.
There will have to be many facts cleared away to make Obama a clear cut eligible POTUSA. This might well turn out be a colossal case of the web liars weave to avoid staightforward truth.
That’s the explanation that makes the most sense. I forget the author who dredged up old photos and remarks that suggest Obama senior and Grandpa Dunham briefly became fast friends. Not the sort of thing that a Greatest Generation Midwesterner would do with a black African student who knocks up his daughter but just the sort of thing that a grateful dad would do for a man who bailed his “in trouble” daughter out by marrying her on paper and claiming paternity.
If that were true, then when he was registered as a foreign student for college, to get foreign aid, what’s he going to say? The Connecticut SSN, what’s he going to say?

I don't know of any state where the BC lists the biological father instead of or in addition to the husband, who is by definition the legal father. The BC is a legal document concerned with legal issues.
AFAIK, nobody has challenged that Sr. and Anne were legally married about six months before Jr. was born.
If there is something odd or embarassing on the BC, I haven't a clue what it might be.
If this guy has another father and he wrote two books driveling on and on about BHO Sr being his dad then he is toast. That is fraud and he will be forced to resign.
A possibility no doubt. However, why would his last name be "Obama" then? Isn't taking all those oaths of office (state Senator, U.S.Senator and Potus) under a false name unlawful? Probably multiple felonies no less. What about the world famous short form jpeg on the WWW proudly displayed on HIS campaign web site? Isn't government document fraud illegal as well? No doubt he would be a Natural Born Citizen IF born in HI to two citizen parents...but then he's exposed to numerous felonies. Impeachment anyone?

If that was their plan, with this issue clearly not going away...and perhaps even growing, they STILL got their butt's kicked on 11/2/2010.
As far as him potentially being a bastard, your right. Although, I would say he takes no damage at all on that score as that's a non issue, in today's America.
No matter how it's looked at, the guy is clearly a massive fraud.
