That's Maura, the third member of the Swindle-Bey household. She brings nothing to the table except unconditional love and affection. That's what dogs do. We take care of them, and they take care of us. They are the most innocent, pure, selfless spirits to emerge since the Dawn of Time.
What kind of person would want to brutally torture to death such embodiments of goodness?
Michael Vick.

I have to disagree...
ANSWER: The same ones that would discard a human....
Completely disagree...man has dominion over the lower created order...
This is not license to ravage the creation but “animal cruelty” is not just limited to dog fighting. Look at the high protein alternatives offered at your local grocery store. A lot of animals were systematically slaughtered to provide it.
Give me a break.
My Dad always told me that the most reliable indicator of a man’s character is how he treats a dog.
“Completely disagree...man has dominion over the lower created order...”
Amen, Amen, Amen
Man and animals are not on the same level!
That’s gonna raise PeTA accusations to potentially Capital Offenses. We can end up with entire Perdue plant employees facing the DP.
I might agree that men and animals are not on the same level, but that does not prevent me from concluding that I prefer the company of dogs over most humans.
Do you know what will happen if you die in your home and Fido and Tabby get hungry? Hmmmm?
I’m an animal lover. Hell on a nice, cool Fall evening I still miss my Sampson sitting beside me on the front porch. He was my 135 lb. Bullmastiff lapdog! That dog protected me twice from coyotes. What is disgusting about the Vick case for me is that nobody has mentioned how many babies are stabbed in the head, dismembered, and then vacuumed from the wombs of the women that are supposed to protect them with their lives. Also disturbing is that if these thugs are capable of doing such things to animals, what are they capable of doing (or have they already done) to humans. He paid his debt to society and I truly pray that he is a reformed man.
Here is an example of someone who deserves the death penalty.
It's not a slippery slope. It's a fascist freight train that soft hearts-and-heads will never see coming until it is too late.
I have had the pleasure of living with working dogs, house pets, and show dogs. Each has a purpose, specifically designed by our "higher order".
By all means, lets argue the point, but I rescued a Pyrenees who had his f***ing jaw broken and an eye removed as a bait dog. Any person who thinks that is acceptable is just a bad person.
Some perspective: baby seals get clubbed, but not for fun. Livestock are killed, but not for fun. Even the whalers aren't doing it for sport, and if you hunt without considering your role for the greater (or in the case of your personal nourishment) good, you're troubled.
Do you really believe that? I think that the only regret that Vick has is that he got caught.
I'll tell you exactly, its

The Vikings came close to executing Vick last night.
TRUE, TRUE, TRUE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! In fact I knew I really loved my now husband when I saw how he treated animals; he loves them and waitresses; he is kind & sweet.
Don’t you think you’re off-topic there? I was merely observing that I prefer the company of dogs. I had nothing to say about the recommendation that Mr. Vick be executed.
