Earlier this week the president said his singular focus for the next two years will be on the economy. Of course we have heard this from the president since he took office and he told us that we must pass the now failed stimulus package to keep unemployment from reaching eight-percent. Now, as unemployment has hovered near ten-percent for nearly two years, President Obama continues to pay lip service to the economy while implementing policy that is detrimental to economic growth.
The Politico is reporting that next week, the Environmental Protection Agency will announce major new greenhouse gas regulations for

The new Congress will need to go after the EPA and other pernicious agencies with great urgency.

Yahoo! Finance has oil at $91.25 right now (10:00 am MST). We are on our way to $4.00 a gallon gas. Notice no mention of it in the MSM.

Some media types are pointing to Obuma's tax deal as a sign that he is going to moderate - not happening. He will be doubling down on his attempts to destroy this country in the next two years.

And it just broke $90 the other day.
Devalue the dollar and increase the price of oil... happens every time.
everything dumbo does makes the basics more expensive. He does it on purpose.

The local radio news reported $3.75 a gallon by spring. Of course this was AM radio and the same station that carries Glenn Beck and Rush Limbaugh.

If Obama is the nominee (I personally think he never had any intention of running for a second term), you can expect gas to go down to 98 cents a gallon in the months before the 2012 election.

4.00 a gallon gas will kill any growth in the economy. Yep, diesel is solidly above $3.00 a gallon in Houston now and only looks to be climbing higher.

There is no need to “go after” them; simply hold them to 1985 (adjusted to inflation)funding levels, and then reduce funding from there $1.00 for evert dollar that their decisions cost the economy. Starve out the monster. Problem solved.

The Politico is reporting that next week, the Environmental Protection Agency will announce major new greenhouse gas regulations for refineries and power plants. 112th Congress will have the power to cut off their funding, ohh I forgot that will not apply till March 4th because of the Continuing Resolution passed by the House of Representatives.

Energy prices rises will be matched by the rise in food prices.
Prices will skyrocket and the usual cast of lefties will start moaning about the (overweight and obese)poor and exploited going hungry.
This will give the government the excuse to nationalize the food industry in the name of fairness while using the same reasoning the government gave for ObamaCare: Everyone has a right to a daily meal.
Once the government has control of the food industry...checkmate.

I wonder how the government will continue to operate once they've killed the US economy. Who then will pay for the Obozo family to jet off on vacation every couple of weeks?
