We are now stuck with sexual deviants serving openly in the U.S. military because of turncoat Republican senators ... Had the cloture vote failed, we would still have sane moral and sexual standards governing military personnel policy. But sadly those days are gone, perhaps forever.
...
The armies of other nations have allowed gays to serve openly in the military. The reason they could afford to do this is simple: they could allow homosexuals to serve in their military because we didnt allow them to serve in ours.
They knew they could count on the strength, might, power, and cohesion of the U.S. military to intervene whenever and wherever necessary to pull their fannies out of the fire and squash the forces of tyranny wherever they raised their ugly heads around the world.
Those days are now gone. We will no longer be able to bail out these other emasculated armies because ours will now be feminized and neutered beyond repair, and there is no one left to bail us out. We have been permanently weakened as a military and as a nation by these misguided and treasonous Republican senators, and the world is now a more dangerous place for us all.

Wrong. Freedom means the government does not force sodomy on our soldiers.
zot
The garden is really being weeded tonight. LOL. They are coming out of the woodwork.
Well my teenage boys and girls will NOT be going in to the service, for the first time in 3 generations.
My Son who is now enlisted, will NOT reup.
They sure are.
I would say that they're breeding like flies, but these types don't breed... ;)
I do not think there are any 'bulls' involved in this S. Liberals regulate all the time what activities can take place on or at the public square, sex included. The military is a tax payer public function and government has decided they have the power and authority to regulate obamations.
More zots here.
I used to have comfort that in a SHTF sit, our ouw troops would obey the Constitution and side with the America people.
but now....a predominate gay brigade from San Fran, placed in duty in a Red State area....I’d say they Obey the orders from an Obama to fire on the people.
>> Stop praying to the alter of God and start praying to the alter of the human brain.
Brainspeed pal. You’re gonna’ need it.
I don’t blame them. Starting today, the military is no place for a decent person. It’s nothing short of a tragedy, seeing the last institution still worthy of esteem become transformed into something so disgraceful.
Heres the RINOs,anyway......
Sens. Scott Brown (R-Mass), Susan Collins (R-Alaska), Mark Kirk (R-Ill.), Lisa Murkowski (R-Alaska), Olympia Snowe (R-Maine) George Voinovich, (R-Ohio), Richard Burr (N.C.) and John Ensign (Nev.)
Brown (RINO-MA) filled in nicely for Kennedy (D-HELL)
“Well, openly hetrosexuals also did not shower with, sleep in the same quarters with, or use the same toilet, as the opposite sex. “
They won’t now either or they will get the sh!t beaten out of themselves. If the troops can handle IED’s they can take care of a few queers.
It’s nice to see someone who isn’t PC puppet and calling them “gays”.
The government regulates a lot of things when you are in the military, It is essentially a govt. job. And a very important one. I think perhaps they should have a right to regulate sexual activity that might interfere with the comfort level and morale of our soldiers. Things are hard enough on them already without having to deal with the baggage of openly homosexual men bunking and showering with them. Perhaps harrassing. A lot of straight men, way more so than women, are greatly disgusted by gayness in their gender and wouldn’t be comfortable with them serving openly.
Easy there, hoss. The troops are some of the finest people in the world and nothing that took place in Congress today should reflect on those who are serving. Focus your anger on the people who betrayed them, not on the troops. This is just another piece of crap they have to put up with and believe me, they have enough already.
""Another member JimRob needs to zot....""
""Big time. Jim is cutting no slack on this issue.""
This guy b_sharp is anything but ... seems like he is begging for it - suicide by JR ... I don't get it ... he was whining earlier about purges and what a joke this place has become, we drove out "the scientists" ... wahhhhhh ... can't figure out what he's doing here if it's such a hell hole for him. Of course, he posts and ducks. Just want to be clear; that last word was ducks.
“I dont think this is going to work out as well as the homosexual crowd thinks it will.”
I think you broke the code...
Once they got Hollywood into their bed, the longterm struggle against sexual perversion was lost. It was then only a matter of time.
In most of our lifetimes, we might not see a major military disaster come out of today's vote, but I fear for our kids' and grandkids' eras. The longterm gradual decline in our military strength will eventually be fatal to the US.
It wasn't just the homosexuals out celebrating tonight. Somewhere in a basement in W. Pakistan, bin Laden must be beside himself with joy, because he thinks in the longterm, and not the shortterm as our disgraced Senators do.
I really don’t think you need to worry about your kids. They will be fine... In or out of the military.
In the navy 45 years ago we had queers. They were weeded out by the heterosexuals, not by the brass. Nothing has changed...
That doesn’t make any sense. The troops will most certainly have to shower with, use the toilet with and sleep next to people who are sexually attracted to them. And there is nothing they can do about it! If they do what you say; THEY will get a dishonorable discharge! That is part of the bill as well, didn’t you know that? If a person wants out, because they don’t like sleeping with or showering with a homosexual they get a dishonorable discharge. Look it up!
My question is what was the language of the repeal. If I recall correctly, DADT replaced the previous policy. Now that DADT has been repealed, do the armed forces revert to teh old policy, or did the repeal include language that created a new policy?
