30 Supporters gathered at John McCain's office on 16th Street in Phoenix. Except for a group of about six that entered the office for about a 10 minute period, all marched and held signs (some photos attached) and American flags on both sides of the street for the entire time. Many drivers honked in agreement as they drove by. The group that entered the office were greeted by McCain staffer Barb Donaldson, who listened to those of us who spoke and promised to report the rally and relay the comments made to her to the Senator. THE BEST ITEM TO NOTE ABOUT THIS ENCOUNTER IS THAT IT WAS VIDEO RECORDED BY A YOU TUBE VIDEOGRAPHER named Ed Vallejo and that video will be circulated as soon as we see it posted. We were all surprised that Ms. Donaldson allowed him to film.

The same 30 supporters made the short trip over to Jon Kyl's office on Camelback Road in Phoenix and again displayed the signs and flags on both sides of the street for the entire period. Camelback Road is one of the most heavily travelled streets in Phoenix and again the sound of many horns signified driver support. This time, a larger sub-group of about ten entered the office itself and were allowed to comment for 25-30 minutes to staffers Andrew Wilder and Adam Bean, who took notes to relay to Kyl. Of course, most of the comments directly addressed LTC Lakin's situation including the prohibition on his staging of his own defense, the ridiculous explanations for that by Judge Lind and the responsibility of someone like Jon Kyl to speak out for justice and for Lakin. Natural born citizenship was also addressed. THE VIDEOGRAPHER WAS NOT ALLOWED IN TO THIS MEETING. (Still photos attached - more to come)

Perhaps the best meeting of the day occured in the office of Congressman Trent Franks which lasted for some 20 minutes. We were met by the District Office Manager Daniel Hay and Lliason to Franks named Shari Farrington. In response to our comments, which were very similar to those made at the other two sites, we were told that efforts were already underway by staff at their DC office in Washington to "try to stop the court-martial." Furthermore, when we pressed them that efforts on behalf of LTC Lakin should be made by the Congressman himself speaking out on the issue, we were told that we might be seeing a press release on the subject soon. Dan Hay then took it upon his own initiative to come down from the 2nd floor office and personally greet the rest of the supporters who were marching with the signs and talk to them, which he did for some 15-20 minutes more.

4/30/2008—Passed Senate without amendment. (This measure has not been amended since it was introduced. The summary of that version is repeated here.) States that John Sidney McCain, III, is a “natural born Citizen” under Article II, Section 1, of the Constitution of the United States.

Wiki many not summarize this political publicity stunt because it was not a “bill,” but a resolution, which has no force of law. It was preceded by a “Bill” - SB.2678 - in February 2008 also addressing McCain's ineligibility. McCain's eligibility is very much in question. No clarification by the Court has every occurred as to the children of military citizens. The McCaskill/Obama Bill, the ‘‘Children of Military Families Natural Born Citizen Act’’ didn't pass. It could have no effect in any case. It is political agitprop.

There are varying opinions about McCain's legitimacy. The thorough analysis by Professor Gabriel Chin points out that McCain was also, by a quirk of fate, not born on territory over which the U.S. had sovereign jurisdiction. The Supreme Court would need to extend the definition beyond Chief Justice Marshall's “born on the soil of citizen parents,” which was confirmed by Chief Justice Waite, Justice Gray, Chief Justice Hughes, and by 14th Amendment originator, Congressman and Judge John Bingham.

This Supreme Court has shown that it is controlled by forces which supersede the Constitution. It may also be that only an amendment will extend Article II to include overseas-born children of military citizens. Currently, this only pertains to Obama to the extent that McCain's uncertain legitimacy silenced whatever legislators might still put their Constitution and country ahead of political ambitions. Only Congressman Nathan Deal had the courage to ask for proof of eligibility, and he was immediately dealt ethics charges. You can bet he would have been treated more like Scooter Libby than Charlie Rangel. Investigators dug through old tax documents and found some questions they could ask about tax deductions allowed a family auto salvage yard - peanuts! Deal resigned and is now Governor of Georgia, never having received an answer to his questions about Obama’s eligibility.

For another discussion, our Framers, especially Washington and John Jay, had already prevented foreign-born revolutionary soldiers from becoming field grade officers. Ascertaining the allegiance of a potential president argued more for a conservative choice. Being president is not a privilege. It is a constraint designed to insure allegiance to our nation of laws. Look at Dr. Lakin, and the simple fact that the military can be controlled by political forces which have superseded the Constitution, which officers have presumably all sworn to defend and protect.

To this very day I still can’t figure out why he didn’t do it. Or why at least a few members of Congress did not question Obama’s eligibility.

I still believe my theory at the time - McCain was pimping for Hussein. It was all a set up by both parties. The GOP didn't want this administration because of how the Bush years ended and they knew the economy was in a downward spiral.

If the GOP put up a candidate who would surely lose, then they could blame the next four years on the RATS and come back in 2012 even stronger. The RATS, as usual, were power hungry and jumped at the chance the GOP was handing them. The more liberal ones were salivating at the chance to dredge up white guilt and do the whole diversity gig so they found or Soros strategically placed Hussein in the wings.

The GOP knew the RATS had a problem with the son of Kenya so couldn't afford to bring in Romney or Huck or anyone else with a clean NBC record, so they threw in McCain. McLame met all the criteria - war hero, political experience, easily manipulated, looks good on the outside but not enough substance to win. Their ace up their sleeves was his lack of NBC so if worse came to worse, he could drop out of the race at the last minute to assure a RAT win. It wasn't just a coincidence that both candidates weren't eligible due to their lack of NBC.

Then came the question of McLame's running mate. It couldn't be anyone that could possibly help McRAT but they needed someone to play off Hillary. Remember, Hillary should have been the candidate but was suddenly being shunned by her nearest and dearest. She was blindsided so that decision was quick and swift and by someone wielding much more power than the Clintons - the puppet master Soros. Still, the GOP needed to play along with this diversity act and trotted themselves up to the far north to pick a homesy petite woman with an accent. A total unknown with percieved baggage. A woman whom they thought they could manipulate and come November send her back to the wilderness where she'd forgotten within the week.

Remember, it was only McCain who was discussed during SR 511 with both Hussein and Hillary occupying 2 of the 6 seats on that committee (interesting, huh) and agreeing that NBC was TWO US PARENTS (uh, hello, Kenyan dude!). Also, remember it was McRat who told us Hussein was a good man and that we didn't have to be afraid of him. Afraid? Really? Now that's an interesting choice of word there. After that, he went into full pimp mode for Hussein and had his back on any issue.

But, the GOP's game nearly collapsed when America fell in love with Sarah so they had to gag her and lock her away from the cameras. Strange way to promote your candidate, huh. When that didn't lose the voters' interest, they - yes, the GOP - helped the wacko liberals create lies about her and bring law suits against her, her husband, and Alaska. The GOP had to bring her down hard out of fear of her dragging and pulling McLame to the win. Ha, she very nearly did!

What the GOP didn't realize at the time (or at least I'm trying to give them the benefit of the doubt) was how evil Soros and his stooge despised America. But now that the deed was done and they have blood on their hands they can not afford to blow the whistle on the usurper's ineligibility. Well, there you have my little fantasy about how we lost the election and America. It all fell into place the minute I heard McRat tell me I had nothing to fear from Hussein three years ago and nothing since has shown me that I was mistaken. Take it for what it's worth.

It wasn't a quirk of fate that both candidates were ineligible under the NBC clause. SR 511 was a sham from the beginning. Smoke and mirrors. Leahey (D) had it on his website up until a few months ago which proves it was placed there and for such a long period of time for a specific reason. Bottom line, it was McRat's get out of jail free card so he could drop out of the race if he was too close to the win. The GOP didn't want this admin - see my theory in a previous post. Hussein sat in on it not because he was the opposing candidate or that it would look good that he "vetted" McRat but that it would make him appear as if he had no problem with the Two US Parent definition. On Leahey's site at the time, it quoted more of the discussion of the parentS requirement than what is found online today. Hillary was needed to sit in on it simply to keep her in line after the earth shattering back slap her party had just delt her. Also, if the Kenyan blew up in their faces, they had her as their back up plan.
