Talk show queen Oprah Winfrey has snagged the first daytime interview with George W. Bush.
Though Matt Lauer will sit down with the ex-president in a primetime special airing Mon., Nov. 8, the following day's 'Oprah Winfrey Show' will be dedicated to all things Dubya.
According to the New York Times, not only will Oprah interview Bush, she will also talk to his parents and air footage from an exclusive visit to the Bush compound it Kennebunkport, Maine

He was over-exposed when he was still Senator from Illinois.
The early talk of him being presidential material was annoying. It was premature and he was nowhere near qualified or ready for the position.

As a writer I can tell you, every writer alive in America would give his right arm (not his left) for an appearance on Oprah. Considering Obama’s popularity these days, I don’t know what some people here are whining about.
Typical W, taking the high road, turning the other cheek, getting stabbed in the back. Matt Lauer? He was always disrespectful and wouldn’t even call W “Mr. President” when he was in office.
One more indication of how very flawed this man’s thinking is.
Everything she says could be considered foul language, including, "You gonna eat that?" and "Does this dress make me look fat?"

His family has done more damage to this country than any Democrat other than FDR, patriotic good people or not. Appearing on those shows reinforces the fact that while he may be a good person he doesn't have good judgement. After all that's happened he's still just trying to get along.

I thought when Oprah first announced that she was quitting that she said in September. Guess I just don’t keep up all that close with Oprah.
