It's not important. Obama can order the Executive Branch to do whatever he wants the Executive Branch to do .... as long as he has the Constitutional authority to do it.
That's what Presidents do.
I'll worry about that later. Right now, we need to focus on taking Congress and render Obama toothless.

not the Senate carry-through. Too many Dem loyalists. Sadly, most Dems are anti democracy and welcome rule by executive order. IMO, they would go along with the abolition of congress if assured that 0 was President for life, or only a Democrat could hold the office.
I have had that said to me in so many words by Democrats.
Time to wake up. Even now, many conservatives and probably all "independents" and moderates don't realize that even a massive Republican victory in November could very well do nothing to stall these fascists; that the country is very close to the point where armed resistance could be the only defense against this tyranny.
Not kidding folks. And I am damn sure not exaggerating.

This was discussed on the Steve Malzberg radio show sometime this week. His party loses the majority in the upcoming elections? No problem. He has his czars all lined up to supersede the Constitution. (I guess he's more than a community organizer after all.)
I say start the impeachment process.
