The President, Vice President and all civil Officers of the United States, shall be removed from Office on Impeachment for, and Conviction of, Treason, Bribery, or other high Crimes and Misdemeanors.
I am not skeptical at all. I have said on other threads that Obama will just issue executive orders to implement his agenda.

Unlike ROmania and Venezuela, we have guns and not just in the hands of the military. Lastly, the US Military won’t allow this to stand. Congress failing, the troops will march on Washington if that happens and not to defend Obama.
An agency would have a hard time obeying an executive order without a budget.
